We decided on ordering our furniture in store as opposed to online thinking it would make things go more smoothly. The girl who helped us assured us that our furniture would come pre-assembled and that the delivery guys would take the cardboard away. Neither of these things happened. We went with Babies R Us specifically because we did not want to assemble our furniture. I dont appreciate being flat out lied to. Just make sure you know for sure what you are getting when you do a large purchase from them.

Pros: can test all the car seats in your vehicle on site. They hold random car-seat safety (install) checks for free. They have a large variety of baby stuff and gear. Cons: Their prices are high for some things. Its "feast or famine" when it comes to the staff: some are above-and-beyond helpful and knowledgable, while others leave a LOT to be desired. Also: parking lots is waaaaayyyy too small---get there early! Finally; I would really like to see a more centralized location---think Fridley-area?

Very disappointed that I called prior to traveling, as I live a good distance away. They found the product I was looking for by giving them the website R Code number. They told me they would hold it at Customer Service. When I arrived, I was informed it mustve sold because they.couldnt find it anymore. Spoke to the Manager on Duty and she basically.said tough luck. Very disappointed I made the trip for nothing.

Only gave one star because I couldnt give zero. No greeting upon entering, which we didnt really care, but it is poor customer service. four employees (two sitting on counters) were shouting anti-somatic obscenities WHILE RINGING US UP. They didnt even hesitate to continue the conversation while ringing us up. Disgusting, completely unprofessional, and prejudice.

I found more cons than pros to shopping here. Cons: If someone gives you a gift from there without a receipt, they will not give you in-store credit. Also, their online site says their location has products they dont have, and their prices are about 15% higher than other stores. Pros: Their employees are helpful though and their selection is good.

My son came in with 20$ in change from doing chores (A cashiers nightmare). Alaysha patiently smiled and counted out all of his money. She made the experience exciting and fun! I will go out of my way to go back to this location!

They have a large selection of kids(and baby) toys, clothing, snacks, food, bottles, movies, bedroom things, swings, cribs, anything for any age kid can be found here. The staff is helpful.

This is a very small Toys R Us. Though when I am looking for things this is usually the one that has them in stock... probably because of the size and it is kind of hidden.

This is a combined store - Toys R Us and Babies R Us. Great place to shop if you have kids of any age.
