Horrible customer service, every time weve been in this location weve had bad service. No one can help or answer any questions except one or maybe two employees, but theyre too busy to be of any help because theyre helping other employees do their jobs. We now just tried to go to this store at 13 minutes before closing, my son knows exactly what he wanted to buy and we would have been in and out, but the older lady working locked the door in our faces, opened it up to tell my son she was closing and then locked it again. This was only 13 minutes before they were supposed to close and I understand not wanting straglers, but still seems incredibly rude and not right since technically they werent supposed to be closing yet. This will be the last time I attempt to shop at r his location, and we are regular shoppers, many times throughout the year and always spend a good amount of money, not a good way to treat customers that are paying your salary, we will take our money somewhere else from now on.

The cashier was not very friendly, but other staff members were very helpful. Which is a plus when you are running late and made my trip a lot faster since the woman who helped me directed me to the right toy and I was able to get out of there rather quick. The cashier was not sure if they excepted Samsung pay either which is rather weird considering the technology used these days you would think a cashier would be informed on what form of payment they except. But I like this store and shop here frequently and will continue to do so.

I went in a little after 9 on Saturday night and they close at 930 looking for a Barbie tablet my daughter had wanted the girl there helped me try to find it and then got the store manager Terry involved and she knew she had one in the store so she made sure if she found it for me my daughter was very excited and I was so pleased with their customer service thank you Terry and the rest of the staff that night

Im not sure if the employees are just crabby during the holidays, but the employees were very rude. They spoke on the walkies as if I couldnt hear them. The only person who was in good spirits was a woman named Christine. She was the only one without an attitude and actually cared about the question I asked.

I had to exchange a larger product, and through the whole thing (despite some unforeseen issues) Ashley the manager was incredible. Shes considerate, kind, professional and very pleasant to work with. I really like this store and, now I like it all the more because of Ashley. Great service!

The friendliest and most helpful staff of any Twin Cities Toys R Us location. Ive been to all of them, and this store sets the bar the highest. Must be some excellent management at work! Worth the extra trip if this isnt the closest store to you.

Helpful staff but apparently people steal from this location all the time according to the manager. Many items are not on their boxes so make sure you check before you make a purchase here.
