Went and bought the Frozen Quad. Orig price was $89.99. It was on sale for 40% off making it $53.99 on Labor day. There were also huge punctures on the box and so the cashier gave us a 10% discount. We bought warrenty for $14.99. However, the total came up to $72.83 with tax. Turns out we ONLY recieved a 30% and 10% discount. Went back and corrected it. We left and then noticed that we were charged warranty for the full price. We should have only paid $6.99 for warranty. We had to drive all the way back for the difference. Overall summary: No courtesy discount was given. This was a hassle and waste of time.

I bought a mototec quad 24v electric kids ATV here. It had 3 episodes of chain breaking and falling off. Very expensive vehicle. 479$. Even if you buy the protection plan you are required to go first through the manufacturer. So if you buy one of these and it breaks the answer you get is pretty much drop dead. The store staff tried reasonably hard but have minimal ability to do mechanical repairs. AVOID buying these items unless you have a good repair person available. I give the store manager and repair person 4 stars but otherwise this item was a complete zero.

customer service sucks, bought a helicopter and protection plan. Helicopter did not work and store clerks stated they do not accept return in store. Told me to call protection plans. Call protection plan and customer service hungup on me everytime. They told me to go back to store because it hasnt been 30 days since bought. I called to the store and no one answer the phone for over 1HOUR. very frustrated and upset. They need to get their Sht. together.

Customer Service is terrible. Saturday morning at 10:30, after getting direction to this store from a store clerk, I traveled 20 miles but was not able to locate the store. When I called, the other lady answered, and after a couple of short answers, she put me on hold for 5 minutes. It became apparent she wished me to go away. People in service industries ignore the customers by hiding behind the anonymity too often. What a shame!

Bought a Pathfinder Wagon, took it home, started building it, and found out we had two left axles. I called customer service and they told me to bring it in right away, even if it was partially assembled, and theyd exchange it. As soon as we showed them the two left axles, they gave us the right piece. Nothing but great experiences here!

Maybe they have always been this way, since Ive gotten the same impression for the last 2 stores Ive visited. This specific one seemed a bit disorganized, and service felt absent. The variety of toys was there, but the magic that usually comes with a toy store wasnt.

Just bought a drum set for our son - got it home and two of the screws came stripped. Cant put it together and of course the store closed 5 min ago. Frustrating that you buy something, get it home and have to return it all within 15 min. Not good quality at all

The bike that I bought was on sale but I realised that there had to be something wrong with it. The seat was torn and 3 days later I rode it and the chain broke i lost control and sprained my knee and scraped up my other hand ✋.

Almost all of our visits are to attend the events held in the store. Usually those events are lego builds. This one was for Pokemon. They are usually well organized and the lines go quick.
