Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Both employees tried their best to ignore me standing at the counter, including both of them answering the phone while we were talking. When I decided to help myself, I received condescending attitude and told Im not allowed to touch anything on the shelves (not behind the counter or anything, Im guessing they didnt like how I looked.) After a few minutes of the employee interrupting me or talking over me when I was politely, quietly asking questions, I just walked out leaving the $110 worth of product I was going to buy on the counter. I know they dont care because theyre just hourly employees, but I hope their boss cares. Im cancelling my comic pull list and going to any of the other dozen game/movie stores in town. This isnt the first time the employees at this store have been incredibly rude, but its the last time Im going there. If you want to shop somewhere, do it at any other game store in town, this one is the worst.

This is the best Vintage Stock Ive been to, they even have a one-up on the Joplin HQ store. Not as much product as the HQ but the staff here is awesome. No matter how busy they are or arent, staff have always been friendly to me and greeted me at the door. People that work there are knowledgeable about what they sell. Ive seen more than once instead of just pointing where something is, employees come out from behind the counter and physically show people where what theyre looking for is located (even during busy sale weekends). Never had a bad experience selling to the store, best place around to offload bulk cards and comics. Employees here arent out to get people selling, if the credit they offer you or cash is pretty low theyll go ahead and let you know in a way that doesnt outright say so to keep with company policy. Great store, glad I live close enough to go here regularly.

Im a business owner and I would want to know if my customers was treated how we was today. We didnt know they closed early on Sunday, so we was shopping and spending a lot of money. As we was going through Yu gi Oh cards we were rudely told "We close in 10" then more than one person told us that. Then 3 more times they let us know 5 more minutes extra. Once it was closing time we was trying to get cards put back up and they were basicly pushing us put by reminding us rudely and rolling their eyes even though it was only minutes past. My family bought $110 worth of items and would have spent much more had we of been treated with respect. We wont be back but I hope the owners know their employees cost them big dollars.

Was impressed with this place. Was like a big adult toy store of my past. I dont care if it was a bit disorganised,made the hunt for cool stuff more fun. Awsome selection of New and old. Had manga and anime. Bit pricy on some things but due to age and demand it is to be expected in a place like that. The employees were nice and helpful. They didnt hover over me like employes at other places or make me feel unwelcome. They were there when I needed them, not there when I didnt. All in all I loved my experience.

Im a comic book subscriber at this location. The staff is excellent. They always greet their customers soon as you walk in. They will search at length to locate what you are looking for, even if that means calling the south store and sending you there. They really want to serve their customers. The manager Sam is great! If you want to know ANYTHING about comics talk to "Shaggy" he knows ... well .... everything! I highly recommend this store.

Horrible customer service.. Over priced.. Super rude... I asked if they could do any better on a $19.99 used game and the guy said "Nope... We can do this" and then scanned the label and said "see, $19.99." They completely screw people out of there stuff then mark it up 100% at minimum. Worse than a slum lord pawn shop crap hole ... Rip off jerks

This is also a good Vintage Stock location. I got a really good deal on Bangai-O here. This location had about as many SNES games as the other location in Springfield the last time I checked, but not as many Dreamcast games. It’s definitely worth it to check both stores if you have the time. 4/5 -Nanten

great service, all the people are kind and I like how they will talk with you about stuff even as they work. and they are really helpful when asked questions about items and various products. and I must say, some of the figures in the shelves are very reasonably priced, good deals every time I go

I found a stack of old dvds nobody in the house had watched for years, and thought, "it sure would be awesome if this stack of dvds was like three dollars instead!" Low and behold, there were fine young men and woman just waiting to turn my movies into gas money. Friendly bunch, they were.

Nice stuff, but youre going to be paying full price for most used items. Not sure why you would want to buy used items for full price. I brought a box of things into the store and they offered me 1/5th of the value of the items. I was not thrilled.

Very rude staff and overpriced items. Amazon is much cheaper even with the delivery charge added plus, its delivered to your door. Dont bother stopping in.
