Let my preface by saying Ive been waiting WEEKS, for various reasons, to buy a switch. I finally find a store in Springfield that carries the blue/red one, Im super excited. I wait for a few minutes and no one is back there so I proceed to walk around the store trying to find any employee, no luck. I walk back to the games and theres a group of people standing there and then walks up an employee and the family buys the one I wanted. Maybe next time Ill stand guard like its a life or death situation. Or maybe, just maybe, have an employee be where theyre supposed to?? -.- I get it, first come first serve, but jeez. Its not an awesome feeling having to search for an employee and then what you want be taken by the time you get back. Honestly Im probably just hangry and annoyed.

Every time we are in the store we are treated so special! On my sons birthday they made sure to announce it over the speaker and everyone high fived him as we walked down the isles. But last night was the best example of their customer service. My son loves Ben 10 and their store just got their toys in. Since they were new , they hadnt been put out on the floor yet. Their staff brought out every toy they had and opened all the boxes just so my son could pick a toy out. This meant so much to us! He felt like it was his own Christmas! They were so patient and kind to him. We love Toys R Us!!!!

Recently re-envisioned toy store close to the mall. ToysRUs has tried to lure in customers by carrying better brands, a large range of educational toys, and a great gaming section. Better deals can still be found online and at superstores, but we enjoy shopping for birthday presents and special items here. The staff are knowledgeable about their departments and can help you compare items.

long lines. why does it take 10-15 minutes of waiting in line to pay. seriously, RIDICULOUS. Almost always long lines, pricing is often incorrect. why? why? why? seriously? its not difficult to open another register while you have extra customers wanting to give you their money. dont blame your failure on the dot coms - its the awful shopping and payment experience. fail fail fail

I used my reusable shopping bags in this store to hold my shopping items (obvious shopping bags). The manager hunted me down while I was shopping and treated me like a criminal. I am a very honest person and would never consider shoplifting It was handled very inappropriately. I will never shop at this store ever again. Customer service is not a priority in their store.

My 3 y/o received duplicate gifts that were available ONLY at TRU. Unfortunately no gift receipts were given. I have the choice of looking like a schmuck and asking for one from her friends parents or having two of the same item. TRU sucks that they dont even offer any credits, etc. EVER. I will stick with the bigger stores when I give gifts.

Purchased a toy during the holiday season that was broken, return process could have been made easier by allowing us to mail in for a return, but we had to travel 100 miles to receive a refund as the toy was sold out. Overall customer service during the refund transaction was great, but an easier return policy would have been helpful.

They have tons of toys, books, and even baby items to choose from. They are typically amply staffed when we visit and they are always polite and helpful. It is a bit pricey, but many of the toys are exclusive so its worth it depending on what youre purchasing.

I loved this store growing up. Also ive found i still love this store. haha. Nice Selection, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont have it in stock they will research it and see when they could have it for you.

This store is very clean and usually has a lot of selection. They do price matching with Amazon, which is very nice. We managed to get two car-seats for about 50% off. The staff are friendly.

Helpful associates its just always busy and prices are slightly more than the competition. If its your kids birthday. Go to the front desk get a balloon and a shout-out over intercom.

The variety of baby items are vast and the nursing room is beautiful and clean. This is the only store I like shopping at for the sole reason of having a nice nursing room available.
