I dont care to buy anything from this toy store in the future after my experience on September 4th, 2015. I will spread my words to friends, family members, face book whatever to get my words out. Your store wouldnt take my DEFECTIVE toy back for only $48 because it was over 90 days. I had my receipt but dont have the box but my intension was to keep the toy because my son love it so much. Your return policy sucks. In my opinion any toys that are DEFECTIVE shouldnt have any time frame & they should allow customers to RETURN it without question ask. Your lady manger have no customer service what so ever, she have a very bad manner have a aggressive look on her face. She even roles her eyes at me because she cant handle customer service. I gave her my option exchange it for a new one, "oh no she says, we need the bar code from the box". I wont cry over my $48 but where is your heart & customer service Toy R Rus. My heart is i would donate this toy to a needy kid but I wont because its useless & DEFECTIVE. Any parents out there want their kids to play with DEFECTIVE toy?

I have lived in Burnsville or in the area my whole life so to say its a one star is pretty nice! I dont know why Toys R Us doesnt restructure this store besides they just dont care. I cant even get anyone to answer the phone now. Maybe its the same employees as yesterday when I walked in... 1 register open and 4 customers waiting to check out yet at the end register there are over 6 employees standing there chit chatting. Its a Saturday and there should be customer service. Instead customers walk around trying to solve the issue of wrong price tags and a messy store. I have had enough and corporate needs to stop this. It takes me 9 year old a shorter time to pick out a toy then it does to get checked out. Please fix your issues instead of have all of these ratings for YEARS!

Once my husband and I were finished shopping we proceeded to the front to check out. Out of the 13 or so check out lanes they had, zero of them were light up and no one was up front. We were walking around trying to find some one to help us. We saw some one stocking shelves and we asked to be helped. She told us some one SHOULD be up there but didnt bother to call anyone to the front. Finally we saw some one at the electronics check out putting things away we asked if she could help us and she responded with "sure". I told her how we had a really hard time finding help and she said "no one would probably come up even if you asked". I was just in awe at how lazy and careless everyone was. Im definately not wasting my time here again..

I walked in to get a baby monitor...very limited selection. Never once was approached by an employee, I never even saw one on the floor. I picked out a monitor and grabbed the box, it was empty because they have to get it at the front for you. They checked the computer and it said they had two of them in back which made sense because there were two boxes on the display. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to bring one to the front, which should be a 30 second process, I was told that "we cant find it, sorry". Whether they were displaying items they did not have or lacked the capacity to search the stockroom I do not know. Bottom line is that this store lacks in the customer service department.

Went in to pick up 1 thing. There was a line of 10 people waiting for the 1 register that was open. There were 2 return registers open, but they "only do returns." There were 6 other employees just chatting (one of which seemed to be on a cell phone). When someone in charge finally told them to open another register, the other employees just smirked and rolled their eyes at each other. No apologies, no eye contact, just awful customer service. I dont care how young you are, how bad your day has been, when you work in customer service you put on smile and treat your customers with respect. I have worked in customer service since junior high. No excuse for such terrible service.

I could walk in this store and start helping other people faster then thease guys could, i thought this was toys r us not walmart. i grew up with this as MY toy store as a kid and it went to crap, no one knows about any of the products, other than by name, the electronics supervisor was a joke, the selection of toys is unsupported by the popularity of toys, the manager was rude and seemed disinterested in getting new stock for toys that have been out for 2 months or more and they dont carry them. the store is dirty, dark and unwelcoming compared to the bloomington store. all arround? I wish i could take over that store and fix it up to be a great store again.

i love this store. MOST of the employees are knowledge about the products . they sell the popular toys was bad in the past but has REALLY improved itself. they ahve a lot of people gone that where rude. and i dont think its right for gageonija to think they could change it around because u cant always please evey customer i know because i work in retail. i would say they do there best to get what u what u need and if not they tell u where u can find it.itys not that one stores choice to carry the new toys so uc ant take it out on that one store.. its the owner of toys r uss choice. thats who hthey need to talk to.

My family and I are frequent visitors to toys r us. We went for a Lego build, they werent exactly prepared for the crowd. I dont %100 blame them for the extremely long line and wait time. Inconsiderate people would cut or families would take their dear sweet inconsiderate time. Checkout wasnt exactly any better. There were employees standing around and only 2 lines open. I didnt get a chance to walk around and bum with the kids because I was ready to get the heck out of there. Im sure on any regular day this is a good location, the day I went was unprepared for chaos.

I didnt like it one bit. Went there today and waited in line for 20 mins to check out. We had s book and a remote control car thst was marked $30 but rang up 80. I told him nevermind I dont want it, but it was marked at 30 and all he said was well it rang up 80... all I thought was well duh idiot. The whole store was filthy and I noticed a lot of things didnt have prices or the description on the price tag didnt match the item in its spot!

How horrible is it when you call a store to see if they have an item and basically they are standing on the phone doing nothing. Called to ask about ear protection and the girl asked me to hold a second and never put me on hold at all and said well I am looking around and we dont have any..... How does she know without even looking.
