Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Tom Beyer the manager lacks professionalism and the basics of customer service. I do not recommend anyone ever make a purchase at this location or others if this is Slumberlands way of treating a paying customer. We purchased what we thought was a full size mattress set but in turn found out when putting our 2 year old sons bed together that the sales person, Denise Ochoa, actually sold us a Queen set. Throughout our store visit she continued to reference the Queen set and we continued to correct her that we wanted the Full set not Queen set. When we called after realizing that we had the wrong size while trying to put our sons new bed together she admittedly stated this was her mistake but gave zero resolution other than having the manager call us the next business day. That call came from Tom Beyer who approached this situation as if it was our mistake and the only offer he had was a bed that could be delivered 4 DAYS LATER and waive the $50 delivery fee. Well, that would mean our son would not have a bed to sleep on for 4 DAYS! We had to put his crib back together so he had somewhere to sleep! Not to mention the complete inconvenience and burden this has caused my family from having to return the set ourselves, being treated as if we made the mistake, taking time out of our work days to deal with THEIR MISTAKE. At the end of the day, I would never recommend anyone to ever purchase anything from this store, location, or company. If this is their SOP in handling a mistake that their own sales team made then I feel sorry for anyone who ever has to experience this.

Run, dont walk, away from here! Ill start out with the one positive, Marie our Sales Associate was great! She was not pushy, guided when needed, and helped us make the purchase of our Tempurpedic mattress, bedroom set, living room set, and a few other items. The HUGE disappointment happened at our first delivery... Our entry table was chipped. Our mattress had 3 grease stains. Grease stains on am almost 4k mattress??! The matress comfort level was completely wrong too!! I was told delivery was going to take care of getting these issues sorted out. When we called to make sure of this, they said there was no note on anything happening at delivery! They did send us new items to replace the ones that were damaged, but when making huge purchases like that they should make the shipment process better for their customers. Ill never purchase here again. Ill be sure to pass the word along.

I am totally dissatisfied an would never give this store a referral. I work in customer service an referrals are so important. I have an 80 year old mother who bought a lift chair, after 6 days of trying to deal with it, she would like to return it. I was told we are past the five day policy, wow, for the sake of customer service an a dear old lady, you would not make an allowance, for one 24 hr day. Plus she needs to pay 60 to have it picked up an 99.00 for a restocking fee. I am speechless to how incredibly crazy this is. Especially in a day an time where large department stores have very lenient return policies. They obviously are not interested in a relationship with their customers. This is a case of take the money an run. Now we get one large store credit, I feel so taken advantage of.

I bought a mattress at the Maple Grove location and was quite satisfied with the purchase. Sales people were knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly without being pushy. I never felt pressured. I just took my time trying out different mattresses over four(!) visits to the store. One mattress finally made the cut. Delivery was on time and worth the $60 (they also removed the old mattress).

Not impressed with Slumberland. I went to pick up some chairs from them last week. They said they had them in stock. When I got there, they had none so they had to order them. They told me it would be about a week. Just followed up to see if the chairs were ready for pick up and they told me it would be 2-3 months before they get them in. Really Slumberland!

They have horrible customer service. Their departments dont speak to each other. Had to call each week to get a replacement furniture and had to send it back because of the quality. Their finance department is a mess with their sales department. Couldnt get a refund until calling them multiple times to get it resolved. Will never go back to Slumberland.

Omg I love my NEW sealy copper plush bed , its AMAZING . I have never slept so good in my life . Slumberland was so helpful and friendly . I went to several different mattress stores and slumberland had the best quality for the best price !!!
