Extremely disappointed with the General Manager at that location. I have a bit complicated service grievance, so I went to the Shakopee location 6 times to get a hold of the GM (all during business hours) with no luck, I tried calling the General Manager, I was told she does not take calls from customers and has no voicemail. It has been almost a month and I only received a voice mail from the GM encouraging me to come to the store and talk to her LODs (Leader on Duty). Great! well , every time I come to the store looking for GM whom do I talk to? the helpless LOD who does not know how to handle customer feedback. Customer Service line? Well, that call goes oversees and then you are pretty much on you own until someone transfers you back to the U.S. and take your info and give you a case number. I was told that customer service reps speak for GM and District Managers. Really? what happened to Targets quality customer service?

Although Im not a fan of the layout of the store or the fact that it isnt, quite yet, a Super Target, I came to the store on a Wednesday evening to simply wander and relax a bit - I was out shopping minus two children - it was beautiful! The gal in housewares was extremely pleasant and helped me out in so many ways. She offered to take my basket to the counter so I could shop without the weight of the goods I had chosen to purchase, she sat with me and troubleshot the workings of a device I was hoping to purchase by saying "Lets go through this together - I dont want you to purchase this, get it home and realize its not what you wanted or doesnt work exactly how you need it to." She offered up another worker in a nearby area and said, "if you cant find me for future questions, find

Target has always been a good store to get a wide variety of items, many times cheaper or as inexpensive as other local stores with the same products. This Target is going through a marketplace remodel where they are getting a Starbucks instead of the normal popcorn, icees, and soda. Ice always had good service here when asking for help and the store always seems to be well stocked.

Great place for every day things. Good value on groceries. I just wish they didnt put everything thing you need on the other end of the store. I know they do it to make you pass and look at more items, but it still sucks. In market where online pick up is happening more and more you think retailers would see the value of making items more convenient to grab quickly and leave.

This Target site has great staff and a decent layout. Their grocery offerings could be expanded and I really wish they would refrain from stocking shelves in the middle of the day. Recently the entire produce area was blocked off while they were stocking other shelves in the area.

Checkout lanes are faster than most Targets. Smaller selection of food and household items compared to other locations however. No alcohol or deli/bakery section here.

Typical Target store with remodeled layouts. Restrooms are located to the right as you walk in and the pharmacy towards the front of the store which is smart.

As of Feb. 2017 they are about half was done with revamping the whole store. From what I can tell the new layout is going to be clean and elegant.
