Took my Samsung Note 4 to have the charge port replaced. New port worked fine, but they broke the screen in the repair process. 1 week wait to order a new screen (they did not charge me for the screen). Phone put back together and got no reception. Took it back and they replaced charge port again (antenna is attached to charge port). Broke the screen in the process again, 1 week wait for new screen. Phone put back together and volume buttons and softkeys do not work properly (phone has reception but immediately falls to zero when making a call). Took phone back to have reassembled, broke screen in process, 1 week wait for new screen. Total of 4 weeks without a phone. Now I have one that cannot make or receive calls indoors due to poor/limited reception. Hardware blames provide, provider blames hardware. Now I have a 5.4 inch tablet. Waiting it out until upgrade in August. Having said that, the staff is EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable and attentive techs. Kept in contact with me every step of the way. The problem is that they do not stock Samsung parts. Also, the Note 4 is like 3 years old now so I can understand why they wouldnt keep parts on hand. If you have an iPhone however, this is the place to take it. Choose between new and used parts, lifetime warranty, 15 minutes service since parts are well stocked, lots of freebies with purchase. The young lady who worked on my phone was friendly, professional, and devastatingly good looking (not that that has anything to do with service). Overall, I highly recommend this place if you have an Apple product of any kind. Otherwise, be prepared to wait for parts to ship.

professional, quick and very helpful. helped me find the cheapest way to get my 6s screen replaced. when i brought in the wrong screen to swap it out, we didnt find out till after theyd taken it apart. totally my bad and they were understanding and didnt charge me for the labor. next day i came back with the right gear and they did it swiftly and successfully. also brough in my moms 6 for the same service. usually i hate these kinds of places that often prey on the technically naive, but these guys are as cool as it gets.

I called last Saturday and the store was closed. I was surprised to receive a phone call from them Monday morning. Cassie followed up the missed call. She was very helpful and polite. Today, I brought my iPhone 6 to fix the LCD and both John and Scott were very nice. John took care of the iPhone super quick, in less than 15 minutes was ready with lifetime warranty! Scott set up the TV for my kids to watch a movie while waiting. Definitely the best service ever, will recommend to all my friends. Thank you so much!

Brought my iphone in for a new screen and it was replaced quickly. After leaving and staring at my phone more I realized the new screen had a dark blue tint that made everything duller on the phone. I wasnt sure if thats just what you get when you get a new screen but I brought it back in the next night and Cassie stayed late to fix it for me. She was fast and kind about it and the new screen is perfect, no color distortion! Love that they also give you a case and screen protector for free. I highly recommend them!

So...This place may be fast but they are not inexpensive nor was my repair acceptable. The advertised prices of $85-90 are for an iPhone 4 or 5. If you have an iPhone 6 or 7 like most folks expect to drop $130-150. My new screen was not smooth to the touch like the factory apple. A little grainy and even felt sticky. After a week my phone experienced major scrolling issues and needed a hard reset every few hours. Guess I will be going back to see if they can give me a better screen. Stay tuned.

OK, i take back my first disappointing posting about service on my LG G3 phone. Jamie (sp) from the store reached out directly to me, listened to my concerns and offered some service recovery options to make it right for me. They are in the process of doing my repair and I expect soon to be a fully satisfied customer at which time Ill change my rating to 5 stars. They have listened and are being responsive, so thank you on both fronts.

Excellent Service!! One of the few places that you can come in and get it fixed the first time with no hassles. The people all seem very knowledgable versus being passed off to the next guy. I have brought numerous phones in and they have always given me the service that they promised. The best thing is ...they just expanded by opening a new/closer location is in Burnsville. They are awesome! We walked in with a cracked screen on our iPhone 6s, and they fixed it in 15 minutes or less. Very clean environment and very informative employees. We will definitely be back, but hopefully not for a cracked screen. I have also talked to them about a trade-in for my 27" iMac. Looking forward to working with them again. Highly recommended! Thanks My computer would not turn on though everything was gone, Not the case here. My motherboard was shot they removed the hard drive transferred everything to a laptop witch I bought on site Reconditioned at a great price. Other than the newer version of Windows they were able to save everything and now I can balance my Quick.Books . Thanks again Jorge and Cassie

Went in for a cracked screen on an iPhone 6. Cassie was polite, professional and explained the repair to me. I was out the door within 20 minutes. Price for repair is very competitive to begin with but after the $20 in free accessories, it cant be beat. Great service and pricing- would recommend their service to anyone.

Scott is an excellent worker, he fixed my iPhone 6 I bought on eBay that wasnt picking up service. He trouble shooted a couple things but found the problem in the antenna cable by opening it up after only a couple minutes. He has great customer service and is a trustworthy employee. This place was great. They called me back right away. They also had good used screens that kept the cost of repairing my cracked screen down. All the employees were very nice and helpful. They also had a TV to watch while waiting for the repair which took less than 15 minutes.

Nothing but good things happened when I was there on June 26th. iPhone 7 cracked screen repaired and a glass screen protector installed flawlessly. The phone works perfectly. Scott was working at the time, but I didnt get the name of the female employee. But were great.
