Ransomware! Look out!! It wiped out all of our documents and pictures. We were devastated! We took our PC to a local computer repair shop and they basically said, all is lost! We decide to look for a second option and ended up at Wise Guys. John was tirelessly persistent in retrieve as many encrypted documents/pictures as possible, removed the virus, and restored our computer. Thank you John. Your customer service is outstanding. We highly recommend Wise Guys
