WISH THEY HAD A ZERO STAR OPTION!!!! THIS PLACE IS Over Priced AND POOR WORK!!! I had my iPhone 5s screen repaired here. He called me back telling me itll need a little more time (Cost goes Up) to repair. Right away I noticed my screen was different. Color tone was not right, possibly a cheap knock-off screen. I didnt have a choice so end up spending $150 for a screen placement. The screen falls apart a month later, I end up getting it repaired somewhere else for $75. While repairing the tech mentioned the person that did it prior took it apart prior did a short cut job, a few missing parts in the phone! TOTAL RIP OFF!

He is a joke. We made an appointment and when I arrived, his shop was not even open. When he got there, he called me and asked if I was still coming and lied that he waited all day for me. Again, we scheduled another appointment on the same day but at 2pm. Guess what happened this time? Ying went on lunch.... he again called me at 3pm and said he was on his way to the shop and for me to meet him there.... I ended up going somewhere else.

I have never been here but after reading all bad reviews I will go elsewhere. I dont know you sir but with reviews like this you should see you are not giving people even standard expectations. I was going to stop in because I drive by often but after reading your reviews I will find somewhere else. Consider shooting for getting reviews to a 4 star minimum. Wish I couldve tried ya but cant afford to waste time.

Tried brining in a computer and they werent open. After reading a similar review afterwards, with one review thats clearly a bot, I brought in my device for a repair that took me 10 minutes. They attempted to charge 200 for such a simple fix, I almost did it with my eyes closes. Rip off, DONT EVEN CONSIDER!

I came by and it musta been closed early or something and just happened upon this comment section. All I can say is wow. Replying to 4yr old posts too is pretty classy. Dunno what else to say I lucked out with bad luck I guess. Have a nice day. Dont be a clown. Drive safely and dont get run over.

I was thinking about taking my phone here for repair but after reading the reviews and seeing how the owner replies to previous customers, not a chance. There must be a bunch of "clowns" running this place, either that or some little guy whos nuts havent dropped yet.

This guy doesnt know what the heck hes even doing. Hes going to charge $60 just "looking" at anything. supposed to diagnose my phone and let me know by next day but he never called me back and a week later he tells me he couldnt do anything. Money hungry thieves!

Dont ever go there .. this guy rip me off 200 . All I wanna was a system restore since I lost wireless and all my connection . I told him that if he couldnt fix it ,then dont try anything else but nope . He put a whole new system and Im down 200
