We were fortunate to meet Patrick Jensen when he was sent to our home for a repair that we needed on a product we had purchased. Subsequently we hired Patrick, ourselves, to straighten out a very complicated home entertainment system we had inherited when we purchased a home. Patrick did a terrific job. He is an excellent communicator and stays with the job until he gets it working the way it should. We have hired Patrick for an additional installation and were very pleased again.
