A few years ago I went to this store to buy a cable for my computer. I found one that looked like it was the right cable. I paid cash for it. On the way out I saw another cable with different ends which was the one I needed. I asked if I could make an exchange and they said yes but...we dont give cash refunds so I would have to wait for the cashier to cut a check. Were talking $2 something and I hadnt left the store yet. Last week my wife, totally blind, left her computer with Steve, the owner and Steve gave it to Kevin, his tech. My wife made it abundantly clear with both Steve and Kevin not to remove a very special program designed specifically for the blind called "JAWS" because it is very expensive to replace; somewhere around $895. All she wanted done was to have her e-mail problem fixed (not sending or receiving). When we picked up her computer we paid $79.00. We took it home and discovered that one of the two JAWS programs had been removed. Kevin took the liberty of remove one of them (he told us he didnt know that he did), and thats why he didnt say anything about it. The e-mail problem still exists. Beware of Kevin! His ego is bigger than his computer skills. He proved to us that he doesnt know what hes doing...and Steve says Kevin is the best tech he has.

Had a deadline fast approaching as the director of a Visual FX Studio, and my main workstation started throwing serious fits. Wasted a week trying to pinpoint the problem to no avail. I brought it in to this shop and despite my PC having over $25,000-worth of the latest hardware, Steve and Crystal displayed they were incredibly knowledgeable and read-up on the latest technology, but (surprisingly) lacked the condescending tone that their less-informed competition down the street always seemed to have with me in the past. They told me they were confident that they could diagnose and fix the problem in a day. I went home and received a call just 2 hours later, they had my workstation up and running like it never has been before. Not only did I meet our deadline, my workflow dramatically improved as a result of bringing it there. If you want something done the right way the first time - bring it there. Could not recommend them enough, they know what they are doing and couldnt be friendlier.

Went in to get a DVI to VGA adapter. the price was super high. They wanted $19.99 for the part found it on Newegg for &3.38 + 1.99 shipping and handling. So I only spent $5.37 through Newegg instead of 4 times as much through them. They are defiantly a rip off, check your prices on line before you go in to buy a part. I am surprised they are still in business but I guess people dont do their research before they buy there, so they get away with charging super high prices.

They built a gaming computer for my sons birthday. The price was very competitive and the work was second to none. The owner stayed with the tech after closing on a Saturday to get the build done with all the latest updates and drivers, all my son had to do plug and play. The computer works flawlessly and my son is very happy. Thanks for the great service!!!!

I went there and bought a computer from my father, and went to upgrade to Windows 10 and it said that the video card wasnt going to work so I took it back and they put expensive card in there and put Windows 10 on there and gave it back to me at no charge they have gained a customer for life

Great place and reasonable prices. Had a bunch of junk on my labtop and they took care of it and its working great. They informed me the whole way through and they are extremely kind and love what they do. Awesome place go here!

Ive used the a couple times when I needed a new (to me) computer. Service was fast and prices were great. Dont know what that "anonymous" (says a lot right there) person was saying. Would recommend to anyone.
