Now That i had my computer in their to get repaired and GOT RIPPED OFF an seen that most of the reviews happened the same day or one a day there for awhile i get it they are writing reviews for themself cuz if you email the people who wrote the reviews no one replys back....look at what they do to lie to you on these reviews THEY WILL DO IT IN THE STORE TO YOUR FACE AS THEY RIP YOU OFF ... READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND NOTICE DATES they charge my 72 old mom $120 to repair her computer when we got it home it didnt work she took it back then it was the motherboard and they wanted $200 more = $320 FOR AN OLD TOWER my mom is 72 so she didnt know better THEY ROBBED HER DONT GO HERE BEST BUY WOULD BE BETTER ATLEASE YOU KNOW YOUR GOING TO BE RIPPED OFF ONE OF THE REVIEW EVEN GIVES A LAST NAME ( I CALL BS ) i dont even know the guy who lives next doors last name much less a computer techs last name

Thought it was strange that a company would have a perfect 20 out of 20 reviews, then I noticed that 15 of these reviews all happend on the same day. What are the chances of that?? Wow. Now its Oct 2010. And Altec is at again rating their own stuff. Of course a company can create multiple email accounts and give themselves a perfect 5 out of 5. Yawn! Fish around people. You can get better serive at a cheaper price.

Took my computer there and after a week there my computer was not fixed and gave me blue screens.Sorry but these guys dont care about customer satisfaction. They only care about their radio show and the money they make off customers. Too bad KSGF is promoting these people and not the local people who actually cares for the Springfield and Ozark community.

The employees there will gladly teach you what you would like to know. I was very confused when installing my first OS and I went in and they helped me step by step through the process, and made it very easy for me to understand... Great people Great parts Great prices. What more do you need?

This business gets five stars from me for having an IBM Model M keyboard (buckling spring style mechanical keyboard). They not only had one, but they offered me a selection of them. More win than a simple star system can provide. Got a great deal on it too, heh. Cheers!

I am not what anyone could consider tech savvy so after the purchase of my computer I really appreciated that my sales person took the time to work with me one on one to show me how to do simple tasks on my new machine that I would have to do on a daily basis.
