My experience with Computer Geeks was great (quite possibly deserving of a sixth star). I arrived minutes before close with limited expectations. Not because of the store, but because I had been turned away from another computer-y place minutes before. I had an issue with a screw. The edges had become warped and the grooves were almost non-existent (was it my fault? Probably). The guy behind the desk (for clarity and anonymity we’ll call him Luke Skywalker) kindly took a look. He appeared troubled, but did his best to maintain an optimistic disposition. After retrieving his tools from the back room he began to tinker away. Minutes later, Luke Skywalker had fixed the problem (mind you, this was a problem that had given me plenty of fits--I’m not saying a chair was broken in a moment of rage, but I’m not not saying that, either). Not only that, but it was free of charge. I couldn’t believe my luck! I will definitely be going back if, and when, any other computer issues arise.

Was at my wits end with my gaming rig. I had gone through countless hours of research and troubleshooting trying to get my issue resolved. I called around to some other places before I found computer Geeks, and got pricing and time frames. It wasnt looking good. I found Computer Geeks a little bit down the google search list. I am really glad I did. I called, and the person on the other end was very nice. I was SUPER surprised at the prices..... Compared to the other guys, this was EXTREMELY fair. I brought it, explained what was wrong, and what I had already tried. The gentleman behind the counter was very sociable, professional, and showed genuine concern for my situation. It immediately made me feel so much better. I dropped off my computer. It was done the next day. SERIOUSLY give these guys a try if you need some work done, or what ever the case maybe. 10/10

I took in a laptop the first time I came in and they took excellent care of me. I have a working laptop that was fixed for a very reasonable price. Today I dropped by with the tower from our main computer at home. It wouldnt come on at all. They opened it up right then, checked a few things, found it was the power source, fixed it, cleaned it up, and I was on my way! The price again was very reasonable. I would give them a higher rating if I could. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I couldnt be more pleased. I will definitly be back.

It took them almost a whole week to tell me almost nothing! They were not able to diagnose the exact problem at all and said they would have to charge me extra to just diagnose the problem. The guy advised that the cost of repair is going to be a lot and that I should consider looking into buying a new one. Isnt the whole point of getting the computer "repaired" is to avoid new and expensive purchases? On what logic does this business operate, I dont understand and I dont really care. I just wasted my time.

Nick at Computer Geeks was great at helping me find a replacement computer for my wife. After explaining how she would use the computer, he took the time to find a new laptop that would meet her specific needs. I appreciate being able to buy from a local owner as opposed to a "big box store," knowing that if there is a problem I have a resource I can trust to take care of it. Computer Geeks is a great place to handle all your computer and networking needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was wanting to get into the world of Linux, and needed some recommendations on what distro to try that was lightweight and good for a beginner linuxer. I called like 4 shops, and none of them actually know anything about linux. I called Computer Geeks as a last hope, and the guy knew so much and I explained what kind of machines I have and he told me what to try on each machine. Really appreciate a shop that actually knows more about computers than me.

Nick and his team are the best. I install audio video and automation systems and my systems require a rock solid network behind them to operate. Nick consistently delivers. He is able to remotely make the changes I need to get my systems going quickly. And he does it without the headaches, hold-ques, and endless hoops to jump through I frequently find with other network managers.

Called them up described my situation in perfect detail, just needed a simple power adapter for a toshiba satellite (i have a universal the block just broke) they said they had it would cost 20$ less since i only needed 1 part of it. I got there and suddenly they didnt have the part and I would have to buy a 75$ part (its 50 everywhere else)

They were very nice when getting a quote. Found a great and much cheaper alternative. Went to order the part and it was $80 more than quoted because he didnt look up the correct screen size. Should have just demanded the price I was originally quoted. Took my business elsewhere.

My experience with service on a Toshiba laptop was excellent (five star). The work was completed on time for the price quoted. They even called back after approx. three weeks to make sure everything was working correctly and I was satisfied.

I sent a friend in to buy full version of vista for his mac. I spoke with computer geek before I sent him in to the store and told him everything that he need. They end up selling him a upgrade copy of vista and wont do anything about it.

Slow, expensive. Had to take laptop back 3 times. They kept charging me more each time. i think he did not know what was wrong and made me pay each time to guess!! Not happy.
