I called and spoke with a younger lady on the phone about possibly recycling a motorcycle battery. She hesitated, but said she could take it, and also DID mention I would receive a $10 in-store credit for my motorcycle battery. Clearly this is your policy for automobile batteries. But, however, I was promised this over the phone not even 45 mins ago for my motorcycle battery. So I show up with my battery and the old mam that works there would not give me what I was promised. I still gave them my core. $10 is not a lot to me. I was promised what she said and did not receive it, plus was given attitude by the old man. I work in the sales industry, this is a good way to lose a great customer and your reputation.

Very helpful staff. Looked up my needed part. Checked them on the car and determined computer was wrong they just got the correct part the rang me up and helped install.
