Ignorant staff, and an even worse manager. Bought the last jug of coolant and it was slightly damaged, so the sales person, rather than ordering me another one, told me i could return it if it started leaking. Long and behold, 2 months later after sitting in the corner of the shop it started leaking exactly from the spot of the previous damage. I brought it back in (Keep in mind this is a 10 dollar purchase) and the sales person looked at me as if i was lying. I had my receipt, and my card that i had purchased it with and he still looked at me as if i was trying to steal something. I then asked if there was a place to throw it away, he pointed his finger at the door and walked away. I also remember telling him to forward my experience along to a manager, who never called me back. Just imagine if i would have bought an exhaust system worth a thousand dollars from them... At the end of the day, they lost a potential lifetime customer over a 10 dollar jug of coolant. I will NEVER shop here again, and i recommend you dont either.
