I needed new brakes and rotors. Heard metal-on-metal noises. I called and worker found them quickly and held them up front for me. I came into the store 20mins later and a gentleman helped me with the purchase. Short-simple- easy deal. The gentleman was polite, professional and courteous. Excited to go back to the garage to fix and get this issue resolved. The issue came after installing the parts. New brake pads, rotors and bushings were installed. The metal-on-metal noise disappeared, however the new issue was when I stepped on the brakes, it would pulsate. Enough where I can feel it on the wheel. I bled the brakes TWICE with new brake fluid and it still kept pulsating. Next day, I called Honda Dealership in Whitebear Lake and they suggested I re-install everything to ensure I put everything in correctly. I did and it still was pulsating. A week goes by and I take my car in for service at the Honda dealership. The tech takes my car for a drive and he feels the pulsating and confirmed the change of pads, bushings, rotors and bleeding the brakes should have solved the issue, but it didnt. He then proposed that even though the rotors were new, they might be warped. Their proposal is to shave it to see if that will stop the pulsating. After 1 hr, the shave resolved the the pulsating issue. I pay $119 and head home. So..... I bought new brake pads, new rotors, new bushing, brake fluid and service from Honda ALL because the brand new rotors were a defect and were warped. I almost made the return to get new rotors, however after spending 2 days trying to figure this out and feeling like I lost time with my family and my original plans, I was willing to just get it done and over with quickly. Also, one of the screws for a brand new bushing was flat. It had no teeth so I had to return it. The store on Whitebear did not have it so I had to go to another Autozone to get the part all because the screw was defective. Overall, service was great. Just the parts....depending on quality and price that YOU CHOOSE TO BUY....can be questionable in reference to quality.

worst customer service everrrrr...this chick was so rude she was yelling at me saying she couldnt help me find what i needed ....i needed to know what im talking about....i asked if there were anyone else with more experience and she was like ....she is not in the diy department......i asked for her for her name ....Ashley and she is the commercial manager there...hopefully someone look into this....i will never go back to an autozone store.....

Will never step foot I this store again and I suggest you do the same. The manager is awful! She wont even give her name.. she will NOT RESOLVE ANY ISSUES SHE WALKS AWAY AND IGNORES YOU! I REPEAT IGNORES YOU TO HELP OTHERS! I STOOD there for 15 min Before I got my phone out and called the district manager to finish what was a VERY EASY REQUEST FOR ANY ONE WITH A LITTLE COMMON SENSE!
