I called ahead to see if they had rims that were advertised online still in stock. I was told yes and they are $100 ea. w/ tires removed and center caps. I went to pick them up after work and I was told its $100 + $15 core charge (something they should have mentioned on the phone and or website).....So not only have I never heard of a core charge for rims, a core charge is for rebuildable parts like a starter or alternator. So I ask how much for just a center cap, $40. So I was able to talk them out of the core charge if I bought 3 rims (including caps) + one extra center cap for $40. So then the guy asks if I want to wait for them to get the parts or if I want to come back another time. They dont take parts off cars until they get paid. Understandable....if I was buying seats or engine. Yards almost always get a car take tires off and toss bad ones or sell good tires. They then dont put the rim back on the car and put the car out in the yard to get damaged, They take the rims and organize them in shelving/storage. So I was told an hour and as I expected 20 min later the rims showed up with dust on them as if they were on a shelf. They also had some small dings. I honestly think that when I walked In with my business cloths that the guy thought that I didnt know anything about cars. I would still say that I AM happy with the condition and price. I am not happy with the customer service and how I feel they were trying to nickel and dime me and were not truthful.

I bought a motor from AAA and was not very satisfied with delivery and pickup. I rushed to the bank on the day of my purchase to make a second payment by 11:00 so my motor would be delivered that day. The motor did not get delivered until the next afternoon. Now I called last Thursday to have the core picked up they said it would be gone by Friday if not on the Thursday that I called. It is now the following Tuesday with no word. I worked with Kelly and she was great, super nice and knew her job well. It seems like communication suffers at this business so if you are under time constraints as I was, find a different company.

You call in to check on a part. "Yep, we have it." Ok, I live in Hastings, Ill be there in 20-30 min. "If you pay by credit card over the phone we can start pulling it." (Done) Arrive 20 min later. "Its not ready yet. Looks like there are 6 jobs in front of yours." How long? "About an hour..." Really? You couldnt have told me this over the phone before I wasted my time driving here? Yeah, they have good prices on used parts, but customer service is certainly not a strong suit.

Im from out of state and broke down and I needed a part. When I went there they said 45 and itll get pulled once paid, should be ready by 230. This was around 1030. My part was ready maybe an hour later. The entire staff was super helpful and kind, even included extra bolts and mounts and stuff to get the job done. A few hours later I was back on the road and absolutely couldnt have done it without their help. Highly recommended from me.

Dave was respectful and super helpful. Got me just was I needed and even matched a competitors price. As a female married to a former ASE mechanic, Ive had my share of experiences with salvage yards and auto parts stores. All too often I am treated like I know nothing about cars, but Dave went above and beyond to help me find the part my husband needed with no hassle.

Called ahead to make sure they had the part and asked to put my name on it since i was driving from an hour away and I was making a special trip. Got down there and was told it would be ready tomorrow and there was a core charge. All of which should have been mentioned over the phone. Will not do business with them.

BUYER BEWARE: This place posted a classified ad for a Balanger cat back system. What I got was Balanger mid pipes and a stock cat back system. The guy refused to take them back! Only buy from this guy if you can confirm yourself that the goods they are selling are actually real.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE. WOULD NOT LET ME RETURN WITHOUT RESTOCKING FEE FOR USED PART. WOULD NOT LET ME LOOK AT REFURBISHED BUMPER BEFORE BUMPER TO CHECK CONDITION. LAZY GUY AT FRONT PARTS DESK DID NOT WANT TO BRING OUT A USED BUMPER TO LOOK AT CONDITION BEFORE PURCHASE. AVOID!

I have worked with them before and had good experiences with them every time, they are near a self serve auto parts and if you cant find your part there stop in at AAA, if they dont have it they can find it, new, rebuilt or used.
