Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized, would recommend going elsewhere. Ive tried to voice my concern with this place but there never seems to be a manager on duty or available. In fairness, the compounding pharmacist (Matt) is great--helpful, knowledgeable, nice. If I could deal solely with him I would have glowing reviews of this place, but unfortunately thats not the case. Everyone else Ive interacted with (on the phone, particularly) is somewhere between useless and straight up rude. Ive seen the front desk people be really rude to a number of customers in person, especially elderly customers. Go somewhere else if you can.

I used to love this place. It was a go-to location for neat gifts. Recently, they rearranged and revamped things. I simply cannot get my head around why they made the changes they did. The stock and layout leaves much to be desired now.
