With the change in insurance this year I was forced into a change also in my pharmacy. Walgreen on old shakopee & france was where I started going with little issues until the last few mos the main white male pharmacist is always rude & has an "I hate my job" persona. And every time Nhat rings me up theres a problem. Yesterday my year coupon didnt work. The pharmacist told him to tell me an answer that is not true. And then he slams the paper to the window and yells at me. I went to Wal-Mart the same day called the manufacturer & guess what? The code was enter incorrectly as a duplicate null and voiding it. Nhat seems nice but not properly trained. I could live with that. Bit NOT THE HEAD PHARMICIST... not again. Bye bye Walgreens!

Slow slow slow. Right next to an assisted living building, dont go here on Social Security check day. 24-hours is a plus for consumers and a bane for workers. The pharmacy contains a knowledgeable, but obviously overworked staff. I used to go here because of its location in proximity to former work and former residence. Its Walgreens, you cant expect much.

Always has Now Hiring sign up. And is short staffed. Its been my experience that if a store cant keep employees it s usually a Management problem. I dont know but might be worth checking out. Js.

Understaffed, no follow up, lost prescriptions!!! Would hate to have a crisis. Will transfer to a more professional store.
