TERRIBLE customer service in the photo department! The man behind the counter refused to make eye contact with me while I stood there clearly needing help. Then when I finally asked for help, he did not respond but looked at another lady worker and she came over. Then when trying to pick up my photos, I was told i needed a proof of rights release form to pick them up because the photos "looked like they were taken by a professional." They refused to let me pick up my photos, which I HAVE the rights to, but how can I prove that they were taken from my own camera? I drove all the way to the store for nothing. No apologies were made by the staff. A courtesy call or email is all that was necessary to prevent me from wasting my time. I will not be going into that store again.

I was recently a costumer in your walgreens store in savage, mn. My prescription was for Viagra. Ive never been made to feel so uncomfortable as I was by the staff at this store. There are obviously young employees who do not understand confidentiality for patients coming into the store! There were several girls whispering to one another then looking at me. You may say "oh youre being parnoid"! Wrong! This was the most uncomfortable Ive felt in any other walgreens store! Someone should have a very serious conversation with these young employees about professionalism!

I have been here a few different times and have appreciated the customer service. There is a gal who works in the Beauty department, who always has a smile on her face, is full of enthusiasm and is willing to help anyone - regardless of their need or the department their need is in. She offers the best of customer service and for that reason, Ill return to this Walgreens again and again - simply in the hopes that she is there, to help me out, rather than wandering the aisles aimlessly at other stores in the nearby area. Great work!

Why bother calling saying prescription is ready to be picked up and then I get there and because youre understaffed its 45 mins to get prescriptions that are already done and ready? And then as staff there you openly degrade your fellow staff personal because, as you said it" some people are there only to collect a paycheck and are slower mentally then someone should be working in a pharmacy". You are disgusting with how you openly speak in front of customers and how you speak about your co-workers.

Horrible horrible horrible.... Their customers service sucks in the pharmacy. They are never honest about the wait times and they dont care if your waiting in the lobby. last visit to this one ever.........update 2 years later and still the same, they must have a policy hire assholes.......

Probably the worst customer service I have come across in my area. Understaffed, slow, unapologetic. Staff may make a mistake, and pass it off as if it was your fault, and take 30 minutes to correct the error.

Employees were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed looking through the Halloween clearance. Check out was fast as I did it at the pharmacy. The young man working in the photo area was fast and friendly as well.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever experienced! The only time in my life Ive had difficulties fills perscription. I will not return and would advice people to find another pharmacy.
