horrible customer service this morning... I went to Walgreens, to exchange a item with my receipt from yesterday.. as I was walking to the front register, the manager Tim Was standing there with his hands inside his pockets and the cashier Tamar was just looking at me... ( didnt offer to help) while Im asking "who can assist me with a exchange" they both looked at each other and looked at me ... as if Im slight confused or lost(lol) neither one of them offer to help.. I took it upon myself and walked towards the first register where Tamar was standing behind. I sat my item down... then she proceeded to do the exchange.... its only 1015am worse service ever.

One the worst places to go to for pharmacy. For some reason everyone including the pharmacists and the techs are all confused! I have been there so many times and they either dont have the medication (which is ok but they have no idea when they will have it) or they think my doctor is wrong and have to call him and still come up with the same dose and duration of the ordered medication. Its such a bad experience, I still go there as they are walking distance from my place, but I ask my doctor not to order me meds as much as possible in order not to deal with them!!!

I have lived by and loved this store for at least 10 years. I always find the staff super helpful and friendly. They always help you with extra coupons and savings at the register, too. I have used the pharmacy on and off for years as well. I rarely have had to wait or have had any problems. They just re-arranged everything over the last few months. It will be a little inconvenient for a while, but that was a corporate choice.

Definitely the worst and I mean absolute worst Walgreens Pharmacy experience Ive dealt with in my life. Zero stars if possible. The staff run around and give you false times when it should take max 30 minutes to fill 2 prescriptions... I was told 20 today and waited about a hour and fifteen minutes. Go anywhere else if possible, unfortunately for me this is the closest pharmacy for me.

I went here to ask the pharmacist for help with an over the counter drug choice. I ended up talking to the woman for a few minutes and when I told her my issue, she smirked as if it was funny. She and another worker in the pharmacy exchanged glances and basically laughed in my face. They are extremely unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Never had an issue at this location besides not always having what you need. People are nice.
