Went to this pharmacy for many years now for my prescriptions. The last 4 times I have been there, I have been extremely disappointed! The most recent time I went there for a prescription refill, I had to go there 3 separate times to pickup the same prescription and they didnt have it ready. That was over a 2 week period. Finally after the 4th time trying to pick up my prescription they called and said that they couldnt fill the prescription that my doctor wrote for me. Wait!?What?! If my doctor writes me a prescription its your job to fill it. I understand the need to double check it, but call my doctor and ask him. He wrote it for a fricking reason. And tell me that immediately instead of keep saying to come back the next day. If you like customer service and lower prices, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else! I am just sorry I have giving so much business to this Walgreens over the years! I will not be back!

I waited 10 minutes in the pharm drive thru, after hitting the call button three time and talk to a person each time. Like i was called told my rx was ready it should take you 5 seconds to grab it and guve it to me. Especially since multiple people answered and knew i was there. Then i finally see a man come up but he starts helping the costumers in the store. ALSO I WAS THERE IN MY CAR WAITING BEFORE ANYONE WAS WAITING IN THE STORE WHY DID THEY GET HELPED BEFORE ME. On top of all that the car behind me was honking and getting impatient. This isnt the first time ive experienced their lack of costumer service drive thru and inside. Dont have a drive thru if your employees cant handle it.

I think there are new employees there every time I visit the pharmacy. Turnover rate must be ridiculously high. It takes way too long to get a simple prescription. My doctor actually wrote me a 3-month prescription just so I dont have to deal with them as often. Do not go here if you are in a major hurry. Longest wait time in the drive-through with no cars in front of me: 8-10 min.

Went in for a simple passport photo. Super understaffed, managers doing nothing to help, they had to retake my picture after making me wait 30 minutes. Absolutely horrible experience.

They are really slow people especially when we are waiting out the window, it takes them 20 minutes for each car.
