What a sneaky snake. Ill sell you the floor model you like so much at a discounted rate. Then you get it home and its not even the same bed cause it wasnt the "Floor model" at all, it was one from the back room we got screwed on. 2 days of sleeping on it and its hard as a rock, and Im never doing business with them again!

Awful! The delivery system has zero coordination, and the so called "manager" has no idea what customer service is! After 4 failed delivery attempts with the wrong merchandise and the "manager" saying it is our fault, I will NEVER go here again and I would never recommend them to a friend or an enemy.
