Art vans stuff isnt too bad. There are other places ahead of them but they are ok. The lady who said Gardner White is insane. Spent $2,700 at Gardner White. Got what was supposed to be a good mattress from them for my disabled mother. Within 4 months it had a dip or sink hole in it that was large. Shes in the bed maybe 5 hrs every night. They wouldnt give a refund, replacement or credit. Gardner White is beyond horrible and has beyond rude and mean employees! The only reason i can smile is because of my line of employment and how karma came around. Art van sold a bed and some furniture to us. It not to bad and at least hasnt sank or fallen apart. I will agree though the sales people are out for commission and pushy. Best thing is to find what you want and where you want. Then add up the price and when you talk to someone hope maybe to get a discount. Also if your afraid something will go wrong or its cheap stuff, then get the return policy in writing and signed!! Buyer beware!!

My husband and I went into this Art Van on Saturday looking for a new bedroom set. We also came here to purchase our couch the same time last year. Both of the times Doug Shearer helped us with our purchase. Ive never had good experiences with sales men but Doug is the exact opposite. He is an amazing representative for the company. He helped us all throughout the process. We will never go to another person to buy our furniture. If youre looking for someone who cares more than just the sale, this is who you want to see. Dont buy from here. We were charged a fee for returning 2 small table lamps after purchasing only two weeks prior. There is no customer loyalty, only salesmen trying to make sales.
