Loved the selection in the showroom! Ordered a table and chairs nearly 12 weeks ago. We basically had to write the order ourselves but, gave the sales guy the benefit of the doubt. The follow-up for delivery was less than professional however, we felt good about the fact we were buying local as we are very conscientious about buying American as well as supporting small-town USA. I was very excited to receive it today. There were flaws in the table-top and two of the six chairs. The gentlemen who delivered the table were kind and accommodating. When they called back to Chuck, the owner, he asked to speak to me. His solution was to send a repairman out and "make it right". Although I was apprehensive the table-top could be repaired, I agreed under the condition that I would not pay the balance of theorder (already gave them 25% 11 weeks ago) until it was right. His answer, "send it back" and the phone call was ended. Our next step......getting out 25% back and going somewhere else!

This furniture store is a wonderful place to shop. They have a large selection of sofas, chairs, tables, art, accessories and lamps and much more. Its fun just to browse. The service is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. That Melanie was great to work with. Great sense of humor, easy, no pressure and great ideas. The delivery personnel were attentive to my furniture and my home. My overall experience with this store was very positive. Thank you Huron Valley Furniture.
