Love shopping at this branch, the floor sales ladies are always so bright and cheerful regardless of the day,time and weather. Coming from a self proclaimed shopaholic, it is certainly hard to find sales associates that truly enjoy helping (even prospective) customers sincerely. Brilliant! This is ridiculous. I just called (9:32 AM on a Thursday) to see if they carried Calphalon pots and pans and what their availability is because I would be driving from Royal Oak. I was told I had to call back around 10 or so. Is it that hard to put the phone down for a moment and check a shelf? I wont be going there any time soon.

Always welcomed by name. Merchandise is appealing to the eye. Great displays that encourage creativity. Awesome gift ideas and reasonably priced. Staff and manager are very personable and knowledgeable to help find incredible bargains.
