As so many have already said this COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Im in Richmond VA and ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary. The order never arrived and after numerous phone calls to the company their "customer service" never allowed me to speak to a manager (although one did claim to be a manager) and told me "Its just flowers" and "Tough. Itll be later" regarding my order. I have never experienced anything like this before. Their customer service is like something from a Hollywood script, that you would never expect to encounter in real life. If you want to read a breakdown of my account see below: DAY 1. (Wednesday) I selected same day service and thought everything was going well. About 2 hours later I receive an email saying they did not have sufficient data to complete the order. I called on my lunch break and was told they didnt have a shipping address. Please note that I have since learned THIS IS A COMMON TACTIC they use in buying time for themselves. The information was there they just had no intend on delivering. Anyway I gave them the address (again) and was assured they would make it on time. Keep in mind they still had 5 and a half hours to make the delivery. Needless to say they did not. Its also important to note THIS COMPANY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. The order never arrived and when I tried calling again (after 5 pm EST) I received a recording. DAY 2 (Thursday) I called again on my lunch break and was told the flowers were on route. I said I did not want them anymore and wanted a refund. I was told they do not issue refunds and that their $20 service charge would still apply as per their policy. Again please note THE $20 SERVICE CHARGE ONLY APPEARS AFTER CHECKOUT -- NOT BEFORE. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. However they did put me on hold for over 20 minutes, I assume to make me go away. They finally offered a $30 store credit towards a future purchase but keep in mind this is offered on their website at all times. Feeling stuck I agreed to a now 2 day late delivery. DAY 3 (Friday) You guessed it. Still nothing. At this point I had been doing research and found the TONS of negative reviews. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, as it appears this is the only way to get your money back. I called again to just cancel the order and told them I was using the BBB as my source of contact. At this point I was told they were "just flowers" and that "tough, they will get there when they get there" Again I cannot focus enough on the gross incompetence, disrespectful attitude and rudeness of this staff. Its truly mind-boggling and infuriating. I again demanded to cancel the order and they flat out refused. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. DAY 4 (Saturday) Nothing DAY 5 (Sunday) Nothing DAY 6 (Monday) FedEx calls me leaving a message saying they have a flower delivery but no delivery address therefore they are unable to deliver. Unbelievable. After requesting same day delivery and confirming the address 5 DAYS LATER FedEx calls telling me they dont have a delivery address. in short this company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They have a belligerent staff that never once offers an apology and flat out lies to their customers. They also sell under different domain names so BUYER BEWARE!

I have been trying to contact customer support via phone and keep getting hung up on after being put on hold.. I am very upset with my experience ordering a floral arrangement with you guys. I placed an order yesterday 8/10/15 to be delivered today 08/11/15, I then try calling customer support to ask if I could pay an additional fee to have my arrangement delivered by 12pm today 8/11/15 since my mother had to work and no one would be home to receive the arrangement. I called 3 times and each time I was put on hold and after 5-10mins I was hung up. After trying this 3 times I then send an email to customer support explaining my issue and asking if I could pay to speed up the delivery. I received a call from Michael Richardson Customer Service Rep who confirm my delivery would be made by 12pm on Tuesday Aug 11th 2015. He then send me an email to confirm what we spoke about on the phone again stating the delivery would be made and ask me to contact them if the delivery did not happened. My mother called me at 12 letting me know the delivery had not yet been made and she had to leave. I try contacting customer support again via phone and again was put on hold and hung up on. I then try emailing Michael asking for status of delivery, I received a confirmation of email read but yet no reply. I called my sister who was willing to go sit outside my mothers house to wait for the delivery. She called me at 2 to let me know delivery was made she also send me a picture. When I received the picture I couldnt believe it.. the arrangement that was deliver had light pink flowers and hot pink flowers. What I order was an arrangement with white flowers and blue flowers the arrangement delivered looked nothing like the arrangement in the picture. I have been trying to call customer support since then only to receive bad customer service and call center rep refusing to give me there name or pass on my call to a supervisor or manager stating there is no manager or supervisor. I also have emailed customer support and Michael Richardson Customer Service Rep. I have not received a call or email from neither. I will continue to call and email until I get contacted to the manager, I did not pay $66.16 to receive something that looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered, if you are going to change the arrangement at least use the color that was selected. I will continue to call customer service needs to be fixed do not want other customers to go through what I am going through now. This flower arrangements are for my brothers 10th year death anniversary. The reason why I ordered BLUE and WHITE flowers not PINK....I am very upset and unhappy with your service and after being a customer for more than 2yrs I will no longer be ordering from you and will for sure let my friends and family know not to order from you guys again. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary while she was out of town for work. Placed the order the day prior. My wife was working at an Army post and while there wasnt exactly a street address per se, I gave them the precise location of the building she was working in by the street and the 2 streets on either side. Anyone who can use Google Maps could have seen exactly where the building was. The day delivery was supposed to take place, I was sent an email saying they needed more info to complete the delivery. I immediately called customer service and again reiterated the precise location for delivery (this was still morning). I even gave them my cell phone number and they said they would have the local florist call if they had any further difficulty finding the location. That evening delivery still hadnt occurred so I called back. Spoke to one of the most rude customer service agents ever. She claimed that I did not specify in my order that the delivery had to take place by 5pm so they still may deliver it later that evening. I expressed that a reasonable person, in the absence of explicit instructions otherwise, would assume that a delivery to a business address requested on a business day would take place during business hours and that explicit instructions to do so should not be needed for this to take place. She continued to insist that it was my fault the delivery did not happen. I ultimately asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me! Well, didnt hear back from them until about 2 days later when they said they sent the same template email saying they still needed more information to complete the delivery. Needless to say it is now 2 days past my anniversary. I call them and request a refund since I no longer want the flowers delivered. They say that they cannot give me a full refund as they still have the opportunity to complete the delivery. So, what choice do I have? I might as well take the flowers since I paid for them. So again I give them all the information I can about the delivery location. Anyway, here it is another 2 days later and still theyre undelivered. And guess what, I received another template email today saying they still have been unable to complete the delivery! Now Ive gone ahead and disputed the charge with AMEX, as they have failed to provide the service for which they were contracted. I think theyve lost the opportunity to complete the delivery at this point.... theyve also lost any hope of future business from me or anyone I can steer away from this place.
