I am conservative with my reviews and have never written negatively, but my experience warranted my taking the time to write. The delivery time was excellent and the family said the fruit was delicious and arranged lovely. However, they did not get what I ordered! I had placed an Edible Arrangement order out-of-state. When I saw the Dream Big - Disney Princess arrangement, I knew I had to also order it for a granddaughter near me. I placed the orders online. The out-of-state family received theirs and those granddaughters were so thrilled with "oooos" and "ahhhs" in a phone call and sent multiple pictures of the arrangement. It was beautiful! My near family called to thank me, but I could sense no excitement. I asked about the "princess" theme and they were puzzled. They said the arrangement came in a plain white container. The only reason I ordered it was to bring joy to my granddaughter. I called the franchise that sent it and spoke to the owner. His response was that they had not yet received the supplies to make this arrangement. "It was probably delayed with UPS because of St Patricks Day." (!?) (Afterward, I called several other EA locations. They had all received their Disney princess supplies.) I suggested that if the supplies werent available, I should have been notified so I could make another choice. He said "Well, I wasnt here and my designer doesnt have good phone skills." He would take no responsibility for my disappointment. His remedy was to deliver the correct princess container (empty) the next day. Rather anti-climatic! I so like sending Edible Arrangements and will continue to do so. I just wont use this franchise again.

Horrible horrible service. I have used edible arrangements many times and never have I been disappointed until this time. Called and waited on hold for 30 minutes and still no one would pick up. When I finally did get through they said the delivery would be there in 10-15 minutes. An hour and a half later still no delivery. And when I call again they were rude and of no help. Nothing was said to make it any better or give any inclination of when the delivery would be there. I will never again give them my business. I understand places get busy, but that is no excuse for poor customer service.

I went to pick up my order for mothers day and the doors were locked. I knocked with no answer, called then was on hold for about 30 min and finally hung up. Later on called to get a refund due to poor customer service once I had actually talked someone who works there. Once I was told they refunded my card I was hung up on. An apology wouldve gone a long way and probably wouldve still picked up the order. Looks like Ill be ordering from Sharis Berries from now on.

Edible Arrangements is a spectacular service that I love to use when I am so far away from my family. I think that sending them a colorful fruit basket really sets the tone for how much I miss them, and it is a good conversation starter for those gathering for whatever occasion it might be. I have never been disappointed with the service and recommend it always to my friends and family in the U.S. Thank you Edible Arrangements!

Every time Ive used the Edible Arrangements in Lake Orion they have been more than accommodating and always deliver fresh fruit in their baskets. I prefer to send something thats actually useful rather than flowers. Edible Arrangements fits the bill. I suggest the chocolate covered bananas, theyre awesome!

The staff was super friendly, and they patiently walked me through my options - even though it was the day before Mothers Day. They also delivered it promptly! It was both beautiful and delicious!
