Valdosta Greenhouses did the most excellent job with my wedding flowers. Id visited two other florists in Valdosta who were a little closer to my house and was treated very unprofessionally by both. The first, located downtown, was not really willing to work with me when they found that the order would not be a very large one (one bridal bouquet, three bridesmaids bouquets, and boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen). The second, on Ashley street, I visited in person at first to make an appointment for a saturday morning. The shop called me late friday afternoon to cancel the next mornings appointment; when I attempted to make another for the following saturday, she said she would make the appointment but that it would probably be canceled again. The next Monday, I decided to stop in at Valdosta Greenhouses on my way home from work. They were about to close, but Glenda sat with me for about an hour and talked with me about what I wanted. At no time did she ever indicate that anything I wanted would be a problem, or that my order was too small. I told her my budget, and she said she would work within the budget to make me something spectacular. I had some items I wanted included in the bouquets, and I felt safe leaving them with her and didnt fear that they would be lost. I had given Glenda some photos of what I liked, but when I picked the flowers up, they were so much better than the photos! She took all of my rambling ideas and pictures and managed to not only make them into a cohesive concept, but improve upon what I had in my head. Not only did she do all that, but she did it for a reasonable amount of money! You would never look at my flowers and say budget bouquet... she was so amazing!

I just left this shop. They were supposed to open at 8:30 but opened at 9. The staff seemed to have an attitude. An elderly lady that came to pick up some flowers informed the staff she had an customer waiting. The staff exact words were and I quote "theyre just going to have to wait". The professional thing to say should have been maam give me a few minutes to set up and sorry for your wait. I asked for samples too look at or even a book of photos they may have. According to her they didnt have any. She seemed to want me to leave, and I did leave. I remained professional the entire time. I will never shop here and have informed all my coworkers, friends and associates to never to shop here. I can spend my money where they are professional. I really think it was the color of my skin that she had an issue with.

This business was very unorganized... When I went to pick up my order they had no idea where it was even after they had asked me to come in and pick it up. After waiting over thirty mins they told me it may be on a delivery truck...also very poor customer service there was not one apology or the least bit of empathy given. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. If possible there would have been no stars given

Not even close to what I ordered and paid for! SO MUCH filler in the arrangement sent to my Mom for Mothers Day, its ridiculous. Your flowers are dull and lackluster and look like theyve been sitting in a refrigerator for months. False advertisement and an absolute rip off.

First time buying flowers in Valdosta. I paid a hundred dollars for 6 roses, 5 lilies and a whole ton of green plants. They then messed up my order during pick up which they tried to fix but didnt really work. Finally, they also messed the order of the guy behind me.

They didnt have all the pink roses, but made up for it adding other flowers and at a great price. Will do business in the future.
