I ordered a ($100)flower arrangement for a funeral for a very close friend of mine. She only had a viewing with a short memorial. 1:30-4:30. When I showed up to the funeral home the flowers were displayed with wilted/broken Daisys, Roses and carnations. I called immediately and they sent someone to fix it. They didnt return with another one for over an hour and a half. The second arrangement wasnt as full, still had broken carnations and wilted Daisys. So I called AGAIN and unfortunately the only thing that could be done at this point was return my money. Very DISAPPOINTED.

Great job on mothers day!! I called from Chicago, paid half with my Credit card and had my brother call for to pay the rest. No problems. Flowers were delivered to my mom fast and she loved them. Even said some of the flowers in the arrangement were here favorites... Shes sent me 3 pics on my phone already = Shes giddy like a school girl. ;) Good show!

Ordered flowers online for Sweetest Day 2013. First off the card was not included in my order. Second and most upseting to my fiance is that these roses started to turn brown less than 24 hours after being delivered. Flowers are junk and I will not be using Thrifty again. If I could cancel my payment I would do it right now. Junk, junk, junk, junk and junk.

Customer service didnt go the extra mile--said NO before my question was even finished. Put me on hold, came back with we can do it another time. Which didnt help my need for immediate flowers. Such a shame. I eventually used a larger company that was more than happy to extend service and do so nicely.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my boyfriend who was having a rough day. His spirits were instantly lifted and he loved them. The flowers were quality, arrived quickly, and the smiley face vase was a great touch. Will absolutely recommend their services in the future. 10/10.
