Beware of "Floral Direct" that has been, and still may be, processing and filling Events, Funeral, Walk-in, Online FTD & Bloomnet, and other customer floral arrangement orders with "previously sold/used flowers, greenery, and accessories from other events," promoted under the name "Soo Fabulous;" a "by appointment only - Event Planning Service" affiliated with the same Southfield, MI address. This unethical practice was the resulting cause for the many customer complaints as to why many flowers were wilted, were dying after only one to three days, arrived late, or didnt arrive at all. Sometimes customers were told that they themselves were the blame for the wilted or dying flowers. A vast majority of customers who received floral orders late were told that several delivery attempts were made but no one was home, which was "untrue," but were still charged an additional 10 to 20 dollar fee for redelivery. Many employees were not treated as legal employees according to law, but rather as nonemployees/independent contractors in order for the owner of Floral Direct to try to avoid withholding and paying taxes. Many employees have been underage, paid below minimum wage, discriminated against, and treated like dogs. I was a witness to and victim of this injustice. NOTE: Last year I was made to deliver many, many, many Mothers Day floral orders well after Mothers Day had come and gone. Moms deserve better! May it not happen to your mom this year.

Ordered a 70 dollar arrangement through FTD for a Saturday delivery. These people delivered flowers on the following WEDNESDAY that had a rite aid 9.99 sticker on the cellophane, thrown in a crappy container. They delivered to some random house, not even close to the correct address. Then the florist had the nerve to ask the little old lady who they mistakenly delivered them to if she would deliver them herself! Crooks. These people are out and out crooks.

Stay away. These people will take your money but not deliver. They told me they would correct it multiple times. Never sent the flowers and wont refund money. The manager and mj the employee have an excuse for everything and never follow through. Money just thrown away.
