Such a stupid return policy. Bought a game. Never opened it. Wanted to take it back two days later since it was much cheaper elsewhere. Bought with a CC so they could easily look it up. Receipt had gotten wet so it was trashed. They wouldnt return it. Even though it had a GameStop sticker still on it and packaging hadnt been touched. Said I could only trade in as used. Id understand if packaging was damaged or if it was open. But its never been touched. Never ever will buy from game stop again. Its 2016, paper receipts should not be required.

You cant really find as good of a GameStop as this one. The service is great and knowledgeable. The one reason that I refuse to give any GameStop five stars is because when you want to trade in used games they only give you 50% of what they will resell them for. Overall a great store. They always have a good selection.

A girl with purple a hair and a guy lookin like mclovin could not take a hint. I politely said I was just looking. They took turns continuing to recommemd games I already have/did not want. They bothered me about collectibles. Awful sales tryhard baddies. Went across hall road and bought the same game there. Avoid.

Been here many times. Great staff, good deals. Helping in finding other locations that have item when they do not. Will hold items for you until you puck them up. Very nice.
