Horrible experience. Staff should tell people that if they dont like a brand new game, that the return would be pennies compared to what you paid out previously. Thing is, I wasnt even trying to get money back, was simply looking to exchange for something else and then pay rest out of pocket. Purchased Mafia 3 Deluxe edition on the release day $90 after taxes, and was told I could get $25 back? Ive been shopping at GameStop forever, but looks like Id be shopping elsewhere (GameOn) because theyve never screwed me this bad. Horrible way to run a customer out. Be careful when you buy new games.

The staff was fine, helpful as much as they could be, but buying anything used from gamestop (in general) is a complete joke, at least 70% of the time you buy something used you will end up having to take it back and exchange it, sometimes more than once. The used accessories and sometimes consoles are total garbage. If some says "refurbished" might as well put it back and spend the few extra dollars on buying the brand new version, youll end up paying the same amount be it in gas driving back and fourth 4 times or just buying a new one.

First time I have been in one since the Wii came out. I was visiting for the same system actually. Marion location is one of the few that still have Wii games on a shelf. Prices are high for me (Im a PC user now who buys games on Steam for same or cheaper prices). I was happy I could pick up a Wii game for my young one to try out with me. The "lady" (younger than me) was really nice and super knowledgeable. Not forced nice either.

GameStop sucks, they rip you off on buying old games or consoles. Example: I bought a new game from here once for $60 and played it for a couple days then took it back and all they wanna offer is $20 store credit or $12 cash and sell the VERY SAME game used for $54!!! What a rip off. I like the employees that work here, they are friendly and will chat with yah but the business model blows @$$.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. A wide selection of used and new games. The only complaint I have is please for the love of God....take the damn redemption codes out of the "new" game cases you have on the racks for purchase. Ive gotten a few "new" games with codes that have been redeemed.

Mike that works at this GameStop is amazing! Basically everybody that works here has always taken fantastic care of me! I cannot recommend this location enough they are knowledgeable and fantastic with their customer service! Keep On Keepin On guys and gals!
