Just yesterday I took a lot my original NES games and the NES system itself along with a few games from some other older systems to sell. And having dealt with other similar stores I wasnt really expecting very much cash for what I brought in, thats just the way these places seem to work. They give you a couple of bucks for a game or something and then turn around and sell it for quite a bit of cash. To the point where you feel like youve just been ripped off!!! At Disc Replay this couldnt be farther from the truth! They treat you very fairly when you sell them things. Im not 100% positive about this. But Im pretty sure, based on the experience that I had that they give you 50% of what they would sell it for. For example if they would price an item that you sold them for $100 when its on their shelves, then that means they bought it from you for $50. Like I said, Im not positive that is the percentage that they go by, it could be less than 50%. Whatever the percentage actually is, I think that its more than fair. Especially when you consider what the other video game retailers would give you. Anyone who has done this will tell you that you wouldnt receive anything even remotely close to what Disc Replay will give you. Not only are they really fair when buying stuff from you, the store itself is AMAZING! Its like a Gamer Heaven! They have pretty much every game console a gamer could want! From Atari to PS4, they can hook you up! Now there is no guarantee that they will have the specific game you are looking for, but then again if you are looking for a specific game that has been difficult to find, they are your best bet in actually finding it. In closing, Disc Replay is a truly amazing store for gamers. And I recommend it highly. Its like a Gamers Nirvana.

Im pretty late commenting about Disc Replay. I have been here a few times in the past months. My 1st purchase was a blue tooth enabled speaker. Due to my job or at the gym I like listening to my music I found something portable that can carry around with me. I believe his name Sean and John that helped me out, they had no problem with me trying it out before I purchased. This is what I like about these type of stores. And most recently I was looking for certain movie titles that were over 10 years old and they were able to accommodate me mostly. last but not least I like to think Steve for taking the time and listening to what I had to say and things that I was looking forward to purchase. my son was happy with his Harry Potter collection set that was like $30 in Blue Ray. I have no reason to shop anywhere else and telling other people about you. Thanks to all the staff. I will be back soon

Ive had a couple trips to Disc Replay since a coworker recommended I scope them out, both of us being avid gamers. The way I describe them to friends is "the Media Play of secondhand electronic stores, minus books". Ive never not had a good experience going there, and even if they dont have exactly what I was looking for (being a secondhand store, so their stock depends on what others have sold to them), everything that I have purchased Ive been thoroughly satisfied with. From CDs to posters to retro handheld games and soft drinks, youll always find something worth your time when you take a trip here. Plus they hire friendly, knowledgeable staff that are willing to help in any way they can. 11/10. Would shop again.

Im a huge collector of retro games and movies and the only place I shop at is Disc Replay for any of those needs. The prices are very reasonable as you can find stuff even cheaper than you look online. They always have great deals like buy 5 get one free. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Im in any of their locations at least once a week checking out if anything new has come in and easily walk away with a few items. The staff checks anything that comes in to make sure its to the best quality and working ability for their customers. I easily can say that I will go to them first before Best Buy, Gamestop or even online. I highly recommend anyone to check them out.

Most of the staff here are extremely unfriendly and rude, one in particular is the shorter long brown haired guy, he has an absolutely horrible attitude. Seems the only employee in there who cares is the blonde girl with the blue tips, she is so friendly and helpful. The other guy who was there was taller with very dark brown short kind of curly hair, Im pretty sure he was on something because he kept forgetting what he was doing way too much like even when helping other customers. He couldnt stay on track at all. I wouldnt suggest anyone to come to this location and instead go to the one on John R or Hall rd at least those locations have decent FRIENDLY employees.

They have some obscure items. But what I was most impressed by was that there were multiple employees. Trades can suck up a lot of time. So in similar large chain stores with at max 2 employees working, flagging down someone for help is a pain. (I work at one of those stores. I hate not being able to help customers out when I get backed up with retail marketing and trades). Having a manga selection was super neat too! I havent seen that at any used game store before. The anime section needs to be beefed up, but I understand that is relative to what people bring in.

Great place for gamers like me who want to collects older consoles/games. Most games are around 7-10% cheaper than other places. The place is usually mostly packed with staff and are always happy to help. I got an old original Xbox there for like $50. They also carry other nerdy things like those POP! vinyl characters, plushies and more. There are also phones, tablets, headsets, board games, movies, posters and music CDs. I love this place. Highly recommended for all gamers, geeks and nerds like me.

Great helpful staff. I always find good fun old school games and movies. Price is always reasonable and the games always work! There is been a few times that I was looking for a game and they did their best to find it for me. No place like this does that. The only thing that you could improve on is maybe having an online list of the current inventory of games and movies? You may already do this. Other than that keep up the good work!

This place is awesome! I went in and i was looking for ANIMAL CROSSING AMIBO CARDS i didnt see any so i asked the employee if they had any. She said "we do" we were having trouble finding them. She spent 1/2 hour looking for them for me. When she found them i was at the register ready to pay and she said " if there are any cards you want that we dont have, i have them all if you wanted to trade at some point" she was awesome!

I absolutely love this store! They have an amazing selection of movies, games anything you can think of! The staff is very friendly and Steve the manager really takes the time to get to know each and every one of his customers. My family and I have gone in there alot and each time Steve sees us he greats us and makes sure our experience is always a great one!. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
