ordered through FTD and Steve Codens florist was the chosen route for delivery. WOW was I disappointed. I paid $54.99 for 3 roses with some greenery. I wish i would post the picture on here of what I ordered vs what I paid for. Also, the regular price was $64.99..when I contacted FTD stating that I was unhappy, they said they would redeliver the following day but did not. So, I contacted FTD again to find out why they werent redelivered and they explained that STEVE CODENs REFUSED! um, Excuse me? ...The manager at the florist felt the shipment was sufficient. I will never do business with FTD or this despicable florist again.

THE WORST MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! My husband sent me flowers on Friday from Steve Codens and they were dead by Monday. Two of the rose were droopy when the bouquet was dropped off and the card reads Happy Mothers to the ...The store didnt even know to put Happy Mothers DAY on the card. I was very disappointed with the quality of my flowers especially when I found out what my husband spent for them to last 3 day. A TOTAL WASTE!

Ive been purchasing flowers for business events from Codens for years. They always give me special attention and never fail to provide the most gorgeous and fresh flowers Ive ever seen. In addition, my husband often (Im lucky :) orders flowers for me here and has them delivered to my workplace. When theyre delivered, they are always picture perfect and last for a week to 10 days. I cant recommend them highly enough - great choice!!

To be honest, the demeanor of the woman answering the phone was unpleasant and borderline condescending. However, the speed of delivery made up for it and my mother was very pleased with her birthday flowers. Since I was ordering them for same day delivery they were better than expected.

I cant give this place any stars at all. I ordered a Valentines Day rose bouquet for my mom who recently moved into an independent living facility. Instead of roses she got two little roses with a spray of little red carnations. I paid $55. for what looks like a $5. spray.
