Terrible customer service-I was simply stating my information and the guy I was speaking to (could have been the owner) was in a sour , bitter mood the whole time. I was treated like I was "childish" for not remembering the name of the bouquet and thats how it started... Like are you kidding me? You dont remember the name of it? The reason why I called is because the online system prompted me to automatically order a gift card and a box of chocolates for an extra $20. The guy proceeded to hang up on me after I tried to figure out when the flowers could be ordered by. I called back because we went through a full order and I was going to place the order despite the difficulties, but he didnt answer my call backback and I decided to leave a message A lady called me back, was going to take my order, and then she iterated "I need your information." Oh boy, here we go again. We start the conversation by having her request my name.So I begin to give her my information, and off the bat she asks me to repeat my name (after leaving it on the answering machine, after she had already said it to initiate the phone conversation) and I finally erupted by saying under my breath "oh my god." She proceeded to get upset and irrational and says to me "we dont do business with people like you, take your business elsewhere. Wow. Two bad experiences in one. Dont go to this place, they provide poor customer service.

I checked out the website the other night and found a few arrangements that, I thought, my girlfriend may like. I called the following day, in the early afternoon, to place an order. The woman who answered the phone did not need to reference any catalog or website to recognize the arrangements I in which i was interested. She knew all the color patterns and flower species from memory and it was clear she was an expert florist after only a short talk. She agreed to modify a particular arrangement to my liking. The arrangement I ordered arrived looking HUGE! Tall, elegant, colorful and exactly what I wanted my girlfriend to receive. Do not be swayed by the cost, this place is worth every penny.

I drove by this florist for 2 years, ever since I moved to the area. I finally decided I would walk in out of curiosity, and I was very impressed with their selection. They have a ton of high-end limestone planters out front, which I found out were called Haddonstone. Even in a Michigan winter, you can leave them out all year! I thought maybe this was "too good to be true", but then I realized that these pieces were out front through summer and winter, so this claim must be true. But I digress. The staff was very helpful, and I would highly recommend them..

Bob Kupfer of Tiffany Florist in Birmingham, Michigan created a beautiful arrangement despite problems he encountered with stock flowers coming from California necessary for the floral selection. Bob personally interfaced with me on the issue, indicated he could still create a desirable outcome in the spirit of what I had selected, and he subsequently delivered more than expected despite the obvious pressures to complete so many orders in a timely manner. I ordered two arrangements at once that required same day delivery, and they were amazing. Bob called the office shortly after placing the order online to say hello, and let me know that one arrangement wouldnt be identical to the photo but comparable. it turned out looking better than the photo. My company has ordered from them twice in one week and are very pleased with their products. We will use Tiffany Florists for all our flower needs!!

I had a wonderful experience using Tiffany Florist for my wedding. I am a former Metro Detroiter who lives in Florida now. I had to plan my wedding in Michigan from 1,000 miles away and Tim & his staff made it very easy. The flowers on my wedding day were beyond beautiful and he even grew lilys of the valley for me in his greenhouse because they were out of season! I was so pleased I have used them since to send flowers to family members!

I had an amazing experience with Tiffany Florist doing my wedding. They took my vision and went even further with it. The church looked like something out of a fairytale. Tim spent so much time talking to me and getting enough info to make sure he made the flowers perfect for my big day. He really puts a personal touch on everything.
