I have been using Detroit Floral for many years. I am active duty military and have always been able to use Detroit Floral to send flowers locally as well as any where in the country. They are quick to respond to the customers request and always followup with the customer if there are any concerns. Recently I needed to get some flowers sent to my sister in Georgia to wish her well after her surgery. Detroit Floral made it happen that same day. No matter where I am in the world I will continue to use Detroit Floral for all of my special occasions.

Ordered @ 4am to my wife job .. So they had from 9am to 5pm to deliver the Mother day Flowers to her job... Spoke with the company numerous of times .. To check the delivery times.. its now 4:30pm.. Still no delivery.. They end up delivering the flowers to my home at 8:45pm.. The Surprise at her job is over.. Never happened $92.00 spent for nothing..

Terrible customer service, which is obvious as soon as they answer the phone with "hello", as if youre calling their personal phone. Ordered some flowers that were guaranteed to be there by 5 and they didnt come at all, still waiting for my receipt as well. Now Im calling them and not getting a response. Stay away from them at all costs.

Anyone ordering from FTD should select another florist.The flowers I received from my daughter for mothers day were wilted and were dead in two days. The ferny was old, Do yourself a big favor and select another florist

Ordered flowers for delivery to wifes job, they did not deliver and charged a extremely high delivery fee and had the nerve to tell me they could not issue a refund. Eventually they stopped answering the phone.
