Two stars is generous. I ordered two centerpieces for an event on Saturday. When I picked them up I asked if they had any cut flowers for a bouquet...the woman who helped me was so rude you would have thought I asked her to give them to me for free! She went to the back and came out with some less than fresh cut flowers and proceeded to tell me that was all they had because of the holiday. When I mentioned that they were not fresh, she reluctantly went back and found a few more. She wrapped them but did not include greens or anything else. I was going to do a large event with them, but not now. Very poor customer service and attitude. High price...low customer service.

I love this florist. They have wonderfully unique creations. High end and lovely. However it was an experience I had with Blossoms today that inspired me to write this review. I had 5 star service, over the phone, by a person named Archie. She was more than helpful. She listened to what I was trying to achieve with my order and came up with a creative idea. On top of that, she worked hard to make sure my delivery got where it needed to go, quickly. That kind of customer service, coupled with beautiful designs, will keep me coming back!

I highly recommend Blossoms when shopping for floral needs for your home or any special occasion. To visit their store on Adams and Woodward in Birmingham is a real treat! They feature many specialty items such as scented candles as well as gorgeous fresh flowers and interesting plants. Their staff is extremely creative and talented. Blossoms has generously donated lovely floral arrangements for The Community House Birmingham House Tour for many years. They are a gem in the Birmingham community.

Blossoms is the best place to go for gifts for hostesses or for any special occasion. Their bouquets are gorgeous and beautifully unique! Their staff is always helpful as well which is always a plus! They are such a generous store that gives back to the community. They have donation a lovely auction gift for the St. John Hospital Foundations Hospice Walk With Me fundraiser that supports the hospitals pediatric hospice program.

I love Blossoms in Birmingham! It is a wonderful florist with a great location, creative minds and competitive pricing. Also, they are extremely generous and for a second year in a row they have donated flowers to my non-profit efforts at Child Safe Michigan. Dale did an absolute fantastic job with my wedding day flowers. The bouquets and boutonnières were beautiful and delivered on time. The centerpieces looked better than I could have imagined. I changed my mind a few times on flower choices and each time he was open and willing to accommodate me. Blossoms provided us with a lovely arrangement of fall colors for our Chamber Soloists of Detroit concert on October 11th at St. John Lutheran Church of Farmington. They always have fresh creative ideas, and I would highly recommend them for any floral needs you may have! Once again, on January 10th 2016 we had a gorgeous stage arrangement at our concert! Always something different and fresh!

This florist is not interested in anything but the richest of clients. My flowers were one day away from dead upon their arrival, and the staff did nothing but give me an instruction card to correct it. I spent upward of $100, but apparently they only pay attention if you spend many thousands.
