I visited this store 9/1 @ 5:20pm looking for a specific flower (birds of paradise) which they happen to have (which was great). I inquired about the price ($6/ea) and she had 4. I asked about a medium size vase and what she would charge to put something quick together and the lady says its 10 minutes before close and I dont have time to put something together. I had no budget, was happy to find a rare flower I wanted, and was looking for something that day, she could have made a nice sale. Whatever, Ill give someone else my business and not visit this place again. Customer service is lost on some people, smh.

This place has the worst service and sent me flowers that you find in your backyard. I cannot believe they sent me yellow daisies on Valentines Day. Do not buy from them you are better off going to Kroger.

Flowers were beautiful, will definitely order from there again. Very fast service and very stocked store, lots of flowers to choose from, I appreciate the fast service that they provided.. Very satisfied.

Fast service for same day delivery, but the services was horrendous. They were rude and rushed me off the phone, and was critical when I asked questions about the products. I will not be using them again.
