I called around to several beauty supplies in Southeastern MI looking for a certain item before I found this one on yelp. I called ahead to this beauty supply store and they said that they had it in stock. I asked a few questions about it just to make sure it was really what I wanted, in case they didnt understand what I was saying but I was reassured that they did, indeed, have the item in stock. I informed them that Id be driving from about 25 minutes to come get it. I arrived at this store, told them that I was the one who had just called, and they pointed me to a display of cheap, imitation products instead of what I *specifically* asked for. The store associate told me, "Its the same thing." I emphasized that it was not the same and he "admitted", "No youre right. We dont have that." Why would I waste a nearly 1 hour round trip for imitation products?? I dont trust this store. If youre not knowledgeable about the specific products youre looking for, DO NOT come here because the employees will be more than happy to sell you imitation products for comparable prices.

The people here are great. I love the energy from the staff. Theyre always so friendly and willing to work with you. They help you with anything you need and not in a "Ill be watching you" way but because they really care and really want to help. I came in here looking for a piece to wear to a major event and the U of M girl helped me out a lot. Thank you!

The hair has changed a little bit but it has a lot to do with the manufacture! I had a bad experience with last two bundles; lots of shedding and tangling! The hair was just horrible, but the owner Teddy is very good with making sure his customers are satisfied!!!!
