Poor customer service. I got off work and got to the store at 8:55 p.m and the lights were off and I wanted to buy some weaves for my hair appointment for the next day. But, the lights were off and they said their alarms was set to go off at 9:00 p.m. and I was not allow to purchase anything. I was told to get there by 8:30 p.m. I driven all the way from work to get to there store. I have spent a lot of money there from weave to a blow dryer.....I will be shopping at Lees Beauty Supply on Greenfield instead.

Only giving 2 stars because they have a wide selection of products; which is probably the reason people continue to patronize even the the staff can be rude. I dont write bad reviews I just never spend my money in that establishment again. However because this company is visited by so many I felt compelled to submit my review. Customer service is everything and they clearly dont care about the customer.

They were rude and unhelpful. Tried to put me out at 855 no honey you close at 9. Tf. And then one tried to say i work at 7 /11 because i could unlock the door on my own. Great insult dummy. Will never go back there EVER. Ghetto aint just black is Asian too. Smh

Some of the staff members may have language barriers, but they are always so courteous and quite helpful. They have up to date items and never hesitate to order a product thats not in stock or on shelf.

Convenient and well stocked, the staff is friendly and doesnt rush the patrons nor follow them around the store. Great for hair, nails, beauty products or costume jewelry.
