The selection is very LIMITED. For simple needs, its a fine local go to place. Also, depending on what day you go, is how the service will be. The younger gentleman that works during the week, is friendly. However, the weekend staff isnt as helpful. I went there last weekend 25 minutes before closing time and the security guard rushed me to make a selection, because they were closing. I thought he was a bit rude! Im sure they wanted to close on time, but he didnt have to be rude. Keep in mind, they close EARLY and usually before the posted closing time!! Not a good business practice!

Went in the store planning on buying quite a bit a merchandise. . Employees walked past me never asking if i needed help. After about 5 to 7 minutes i asked if someone was working the counter. They told me to wait an additional 5 min. Frustrated i left no one ever came to help. Will never return

It is a great store with great workers and the quality of the hair is well ........................... good. BUT they do not have large v-rarities of hair. If you were to go and ask for 20 inch blue hair they wouldnt have it they need to stock up on new and unusual.
