Ive been a customer of Hollywood beauty supply for almost 8 years. Over the years I have been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money in that store. Today however my 4 year old daughter had to use the restroom and the manager would not let her. He said we had to go to cvs or McDonalds. I even begged him to send an employee to the back with us but he kept refusing. I told the manager he has lost a customer and I will spread the word. I also said he should be ashamed of himself. He told me, "whatever you say!! And I replied, "whatever Im saying is going to happen". Its a disgrace that a loyal customer was treated in this way. To refuse to let a child use the bathroom. She could have lost control of her bladder right there, then what would they have done. I suspect the owner will continue to treat his customers in this disgusting way, like we are thieves. This business has inserted itself in a black neighborhood and treats black customers like thieves and criminals. I will never go back to this store ever again, and I will spread the word to all my friends and family!!!

Very unprofessional. Very racist , if you looking for nearby beauty products dont go to this one. Ive went there from the start of that place , and just recently they ran me away. I cant believe I wasted years of my money going to that place. Worst choice of my life.

I love the one on 8 mile and in Oak Park the only two I have been to and they both were great. The one on 8 mile is my favorite always so helpful and always got what I need if not they will order it for you.
