At 9:15 am the store is not open..... had 4 customers outside waiting.......... Need someone to open on time. Or simply change the hours on the sign at the front door..... To maybe 9:30/10am till 8pm ??? If I was a stylist trying to get in b4 my clients started coming for their appointments.... This would possibly make me a bit behind schedule as well............. Unprofessional ! Time is of the essence............
