I went there to purchase some professional salon product because salon centric wasnt open. I dont go to these illegal stores who sell to the public because there products are old and over priced. but i was hard up and needed some emergency supplies. The woman would not give me my cosmetology discount . this lady had me in the computer system but wouldnt apply the little 10% to my $150 dollar bill (all chemicals ) no hair none of that. then to add insult she slammed my bag on the table and said i give it to you then said never mind. so i asked can she take the babercide out the bag and she dumped all my items out the bag. I just left out the door. she was extremely rude and I know that this wont change her attitude towards her customers but I will be reporting this store to LARA. you dont treat anyone like that and in this beauty business you dont treat professionals like this especially when have the products you sell are illegal.

They dont even deserve 1 star, however since we have to give them 1, it is what it is. If you re looking to be disrespected, then this is the place to go to. Its a shame that mediocre customer service is non-existent here. The clerk acts like she is doing the consumer a favor. Excuse me, youre in business due to the almighty black dollar. Fortunately for the clerk, my daughter was with me, so the tongue lashing she would have received, she got saved from! So I decided to leave my $45 worth of cosmetic purchases right there on the counter. I will not patronize any business that cant respect its customer base. Ive been to this location several times, I will NOT be going back!

It was the worst I have ever had at this site and have been going here at least ten years.... the two ladies one the manger and one with blonde hair (not natural) was rude and disrespectful to my child.. snatched an item out of my childs and and then after I checked her she started talking in a different language... She knows English well enough.... I have now been trying to contact the owner and they are never there... They will never see another dollar from me... If you like to be treated with no respect then go there... I now will be going to Lees which is out of my way... But they treat people who are spending there money with them right...

Used to love going to this place, but over the past couple years the customer service has gone downhill. Ive gone in there many times with my mother and we can never get help, or employees are acting like they dont want to be bothered - as if they arent at their job. An employee in the wig department had a foul attitude, but we chalked it up to them maybe having a bad day - same thing from the woman at the register. Went in there again recently, and one of the employees rolled their eyes at my mom just for asking a question about a wig. Thats okay, they can keep their attitudes and I can keep my money.
