Caution!!! This seller is cheater! He will take your money and will not give/send you your products!! He is jerker. I purchased from this seller 5 pcs for testing the products and paid 100% of payment. He sent me 197 pcs!! and told me that is was mistake, that he can’t bring it back and told me that i can get the goods and only if it is authentic I will pay for all and it is free shipping. I agreed, then he told that I have to pay 650$ for custom fee and that is all (and I will receive it all) - I paid. And then he told that the shipping cost money (450$)!!! And said they could not deliver me the goods without payment - I have paid - and after that he is disappeared!!! And now I have checked his license of authentic - they are FAKE!!!

Horrible store policys. Called to purchase a mass order of hair and was told they dont give prices over the phone. Seriously you would pass up hundreds of dollars in business cause of a policy. Also they charge $1 to try on 3 wigs then you have to pay another $1 to try on more. The man said its for hygiene purposes Lol!!! Dont give them your business. Other great stores that would appreciate our hard earned $!!

Horrible service with misleading signs. The signs says hair is on sale and then went to check out and the hair is not on sale. Once we confronted the man about the price of the hair he was nonchalant and said the sign wasnt true. Then he specifically said it was fine that we will never come back. Its a shame too because they have a nice selection of products.

Horrible customer service. If there were a "0" I would definitely rate this store as that! They follow you around and are rude when you ask questions. I would rather drive 30 min further to TISUNS and spend my money there or else where! I cant wait until they open on South Tryon in August 2016 and put this RUDE place out of buisness!!

Great customer service from the owner and staff every time!! I will drive 30 mins just to give them my services if I need anything! Very personable and caring ppl! Recently helped me when I locked my keys in my car.....we both stood outside for over an hour and he didnt give up after so many failed attempts!

Would agree with other comments. Terrible customer service. The owner is a loud mouthed over talking condescending moron. F in customer service. They play Christian music all day but dont live by Christian principles. Also they sell cheap crap. Never going back.
