This store has TERRIBLE customer service. Well, I cant actually say I was a customer since I was rudely turned away at 7:50pm (closed at 8). I popped in just to ask if they had a particular brand of dry shampoo and before the door even shut behind me and could get the words out of my mouth, the RUDE employee at the register hastily says, "We are closing in 4min. What do you need??". I just turned around and walked out. Now I see why this store has TERRIBLE reviews. Ill take my business elsewhere.

If I could give this store less then a star I would. The elderly women ( JCF ) working the store alone was nicer to everyone in the store but myself and I realized it was because every women in there aside from myself was around her age, needing advice for hair color and what not. She didnt even speak to me while at the register. Not even a welcome to sallys, but she made sure to say it to the women who came in after me. Completely rude!

My wife just refused to be allowed in the store at 5:57 PM on a Sunday because the employee "Kelsey" told her she was closed. There were people still in the store and someone was checking out. I called to ask why she was refused and was told that their computer system auto locks at 6:00 PM then was rudely hung up on. DONT SHOP HERE!!
