i went here two seperate occasions so this review will be of both. the first time (a couple months ago) i was greeted by Martin, a jamaican seeming sales representative with little customer service skill. while in the middle of helping me decide between the s7 and s7 edge, he pulled out his phone and called his girlfriend to engage in an argument with her. i brushed this off as him having a bad day. the second time there (2 days ago) i was there to help my brother purchase his new galaxy. Jon was knowledgeable about the technology, but just like Martin, his phone and personal matters seemed more important than helping customers. When jon gave us just enough of his time to help my brother transfer his contacts to his new device, the representative Martin from last time pulled up a chair and sat beside us. he was on the phone again, sounding very angry and loud. finally martin hung up, then proceded to pull out a metal device out of his pocket that i recognized as a Nail Clipper. every 7 seconds, the silence was broken by the sound of CLIPPING NAILS. this seems like something that should be done on your own time. Next time i will be driving the additional 8 minutes to go to 14 & John R; They have, and always have had Customer Service Professionals working there

Horrible experience. I needed to get a new sim card for the new windows phone that i bought. I went into the store and they gave me a new sim card and put it into my phone without any hassle. After I got the new SIM in my phone and booted it up, the sales rep and her manager began to tell me how terrible my new phone is and how I "need to get the new iphone". They relentlessly ripped apart my Windows phone claiming that it was garbage and that it wasnt able to do simple tasks like import my contacts from my old phone. After a few minutes of playing around with my new phone, I was able to accomplish every single task that they told me was impossible. I gave 1 star because I found it unbelievable how they could say so many negative things about a phone that they have never even used. It is not acceptable to treat new customers this way. Avoid this place like the plague, they dont care about you they just want your money.

they try to persuade you to borrow your ssn to your friend and open an account in the name of your friend. NEVER EVER do this, since which may ruin your personal credit. Dont belive any thing they said, cos their final purpose is to make you open an post-pay account, and charge you extra money for that. My friend only used 2 weeks and get an charge about 150 bucks before cancel the account. That is insane. Hope no more people get cheated.

Went there to have my bill adjusted. After 30 minutes on the phone they finally agreed with me that they should remove the $40 charge from my bill. The guys at the store helped with removing the charge. Jonathan was very professional and kind. He was very helpful and tried to make this experience as pleasant as possible. You can tell that he wants to help you. Great job Jonathan!

Worst customer service of my life...consistently!! Do not recommend! Cant ever rely on At & T to solve a problem, keep getting the run around as each tech passes on the problem to another and more than happy to pass the buck, and not handle the problem at hand!! Epitome of corporate america where no one cares about the customer who keeps getting screwed!!

One of the worst stores.I have been to. None of the sales people will look up information for you. They just give you the paper work and tell you what YOU need to do. They have the information but are to lazy to do anything. They lie to customers making up prices for products they dont even sell.

The experience was great, I went in for problems with my cable and they helped me out with and helped with my cell phone account. Everyone was very friendly and Jon.s helped me get into a new phone and tablet, I will be going back and referring friends and family.
